Excellent service and thorough care. Dr Klein is very personable and knowledgeable. Had Kathleen as my hygienist and she was awesome, extremely thorough and explained my issues so I could understand them. Gave good instructions on how to correct my problems, and made sure follow up visits were made in a timely fashion. They go out of their way to make you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend them.

This is a great family dentist! I wanted to check them out after my coworker said great things about them. I’m also only a few steps away as they are practically neighbors with our business “Got Ductless”. The convenience of being next door sealed the deal. In terms of general cleaning, the hygienists were great both times and Laurie in the front office is very kind and helpful. Laurie always kindly reschedules if need be and is also very helpful in the financing/insurance aspect. They went way above and beyond in actually working out a plan of care that makes sense for me. Dr Eric is a great dentist and really makes this practice worth going to. His demeanor and respect towards his patients translates through to all the other employees which makes the whole experience of getting your teeth worked on a breeze. This office checks off ALL of the boxes in terms of friendliness, financial help, professionalism, etc.

If I could give Quality Family Dental 10 stars, I definitely would. From Lori at the front desk, so pleasant to the staff to Dr. Klein I had the best experience ever and I have been to several dentist, none as warm and engaging as Dr. Klein and his staff. The whole staff including Dr. Klein are genuinely concerned about all of your dental needs. They definitely gave me my smile back and all in 1 day. I recommend Quality Family Dental especially if you’re afraid of needles, you won’t even feel it. This is the best dentist by far. Dr. Klein and his staff should give bedside manner classes to other dentist, because they could definitely learn something from Quality Family Dental.
