I went to my appointment; however, the doctor wasn’t available. So, I was told at the desk I had to reschedule. This should have been corrected before I had to drive to the office. Poor communication and a lack of consideration toward patient.

Val in the Waldorf office is the best dental hygienists in the world. She makes you feel comfortable and is very gentle while working in your mouth. It could be scary but not with Val.

I've been going to Neibauer for more then 20 years and My Dr. Ghosh has taken care of my whole family in that time. Now my grown children know to make their appts. to get their cleanings there. The place is always clean, sanitized and up to date. Over all I've had alot of work done on my teeth from Bridges to Braces and a few other things like cleaning and filling too. I can say the staff is alway courteous and kind. I've seen a few come and go over the years even get promotions to higher positions within the company...(I'm Observant) The hygienist are always Knowledgeable and caring to say the least. Even if I need a charger for my cell phone I can use theirs.. lol Donna is so sweet I can say that when I go see doctor Ghosh no matter how busy she is will alway try to fit you in and solve any dental problem I may have. She is my go to doctor...

First, I like this place because the facility is super clean and their dental equipment are updated. All staffs are helpful and knowledgeable on their job. Most of all, I love my Dentist, Dr. Allen. She is attentive to any of my concern to my teeth. She is great. I thank them also for their appt reminder.
