Avoid! This once excellent practice was sold about ten years ago. Upsells patients for whitening and other money-making procedures. Look around the office and you’ll see the posters pitching those services. Those with similar concerns, please post.

The staff here, including Dr Bidabadi, take great care of you. They explained everything: all of the checks they ran, what they were looking for, and how my mouth looked. At first I thought it was a bit much, but then I realized I'd never understood what half of the things being done to me in the past were for, so I ended up greatly appreciating the explanations. Dr Bidabadi assured me that I could always contact her via phone, text or email with any questions that I had, and overall I felt very cared for. I've had many dentists now and I can confidently say this was my best experience.

The best dental office I've ever been to! I moved to the area and needed a dentist, and I'm very glad I chose SoftTouch! Dr. Bidabadi and the staff (especially Valerie my dental hygienist, and the ladies at the front desk) are excellent, everyone is so nice and professional. They make you feel comfortable and as if you have been with them for a long time! They explain everything about your teeth in simple terms, and walk you through what procedures they are conducting and what they think is best to keep your teeth healthy. I definitely recommend if you're looking for a dentist in the Boston area.
