Dr. Lakkis is amazing! He listened to all my concerns and made a solid plan for treatment that I needed. I didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way shape or form. You can tell that the office is taking COVID-19 seriously and I felt comfortable throughout. Great job and keep up all the good work!

As someone who has always hated/ dreaded going to the dentist, I feel so relieved to have found Back Bay Dental Design! The hygienists here (Paulina and Shawn) have made this a much more pleasant experience! They are always gentle and thorough and have improved my preventative care regimen as well. Dr. Kurban is also very easy to understand in his explanations and he’s thoughtful in devising treatment plans that can accommodate financial limitations but still keep teeth as healthy as possible. He always explains the treatment that is needed (I have had to get a number of crowns) and makes sure I understand what is happening. Even the front desk staff (Joanna) is very patient in breaking down treatment plan and costs. Thank you BBDD!

I’ve mostly only had good experiences with dentists in the past; however, none of them compare to Back Bay Dental Design (also never thought I’d say anything like this about a dentist). Dr. Kurban, was the hygienists, the assistance, and the front desk are pros. Highly highly recommend.

The doctors and clinical staff are in a league of their own. I travel an hour each way because I know I can trust the doctors to do the right thing, and do it extremely well.
Minus one star for the front desk staff. Their elitist attitude and lack of compassion is contrary to the rest of the office. Once you get past them, you won't regret it.
