Fantastic services and people. We ordered metal braces for my daughter. The metal braces did not arrive on the day when the appointment was settled. So the doctor offered the ceramic braces at the the same price instead. The doctor was super gentle, professional and kind. My daughter was super happy. I recommend this dental office to others!

Like many, I used to have great anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. That said, while I've been to a handful of dental clinics in my life, I've never experienced something like Newbury Dental. From the folks at the reception desk to the dental hygienists and to the dentists, everyone here is so kind and professional. At Newbury Dental, I got all four of my wisdom teeth out at once and two cavities filled and it was honestly a great experience. They explained the procedures step-by-step so I could remain comfortable; I experienced no pain, other than the usual soreness, during these procedures. Even though there are many dental clinics where I live in JP, I will continue to visit these wonderful folks, and looking forward to doing so in 6-months from now.

Dr. Millen and his team are absolutely amazing! They make their patients feel extremely comfortable while in the office and make sure that everyone is taken good care of. I would trust them with any dental work that I may need in the future. Overall, the office is extremely clean and they are doing the most to keep their patients feeling comfortable during the pandemic.

Had Dr. Millen as my mentor for 8 weeks and the experience has been incredible. He is very kind, empathetic, and a brilliant artist. He definitely puts the patient first and what I valued the most is he is a human first before a doctor. He will listen to your concerns, exceed your expectations, and will help you get to where you should be.
Dr. Heinstein, Dr. Monin, Dr. Daher, Dr. Goldberg, and Dr. Sridhar were all also very helpful and shared the knowledge they have with no hesitation. They are great dentists and teachers.
In terms of the practice, Newbury Dental Associates has quality staff who are extremely caring and welcoming. From the front desk to the dental assistants, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again Dr. Millen!

I have been to several dental offices in the Boston area and I cannot recommend this one enough. Dr. Daher is my oral surgeon and Dr. Heinstein is my general dentist.
Dr. Daher extracted my wisdom teeth and it could not have gone better. I was incredibly nervous and he talked me through EVERYTHING. He made me feel safe and comfortable and the entire procedure and post-op was like a walk in the park.
Dr. Heinstein takes care of all my general dental needs and is just as informative and comforting. She makes sure that I understand the ins and outs of all of her recommendations and I always come out of my appointments with her feeling good and like I am in the right hands.
As for office staff, Stephanie and Jamie are absolute gems. They answer all of my questions, make notes in the system so that everyone at the office can be on the same page with what I was told, appropriately addresses all of my inquiries, the list goes on.
I honestly cannot accurately express how appreciative I am of this entire office and the quality of services they provide. If you are ever on the fence about switching up your dental practice, I highly recommend checking out Newbury Dental Associates.
