Dr. Saadia Aziz was excellent. The front office staff was welcoming and kind and Dr. Aziz put me immediately at ease. She was warm, friendly, and funny! She asked me about my preferences and comfort and explained each step of the process. It is hard to find a good dentist, especially because I get nervous about dental work. Normally, I avoid getting regular cleanings never mind more complicated dental work, but I will definitely be a regular at this Gentle Dental office. Dr. Aziz' kindness and cheerful personality made my visit a great experience.

I have been customer/patient at Newbury dental since 1983 and my time there as a customer/patient has been very great for the work they had done on my teeth, and the personal there is top quality at its best!!

I have been going to Newbury Dental Associates for over 20 years. The entire staff is awesome! Dr. Millen, Dr. Agha-Razi and Dr. Daher are the best - they take the time to tell you about the procedure beforehand and ensure that your experience is pleasant and a safe environment. I wholeheartedly would recommend Newbury Dental and trust them for all of my dental care.

In my First visit for Emergency tooth brake ,I had the best experience with this Dr David Monin DMD.
In less than one hour my tooth was fixed and the Office personnel was extraordinary helpful. I will give a 10 Stars . Thank you Dr Monin and thanks to your very helpful staff .I will always be your patient.

So I've been coming to Newbury Dental for years. Not sure why I haven't written a review yet but overall Newberry dental is a great place to go and take care of your dental needs. They pretty much have everything you need all in one place and the staff there is great. It is always clean & for the most part they are always on time. Taking care of major dental work does cost a lot of money and depending on what kind of insurance you have it can break the bank at times but definitely worth it. Personal dental hygiene is a must so just help take care of it properly.

P.S. Dr. Heinstein is my favorite! Love her! And Nino has become my new best friend :-) both ladies are funny and will take great care of you if you have any issues!

Dr. He is probably one of the best dentists in Boston, if not the country. I’ve never seen a dentist who is more committed to providing the best patient care, more passionate about their work, has a greater eye for detail or possesses such a mastery of their craft. In short, Dr. He is a dentist’s dentist. What makes Dr. He even more special, however, is his patience, compassion, humbleness, honesty, and comforting and easy to talk nature which seems to radiate down to the rest of the dental staff from the dental assistants to the front desk receptionist. I wish more healthcare providers were like Dr. He and his incredible staff.

Lovely dental crew. Had an emergency dental issue, and I was able to get a next-day appointment with Dr. Aziz. She was lovely and took the time to address my concerns. Can't recommend her enough. I also saw Dr. Elazhri who was very professional and attentive to my needs. If you are in need of dental care, look not further than Gentle Dental :)

This place is terrific, in every respect. The staff are welcoming and efficient - particularly now with coronavirus they are taking every precaution even before you set foot in the door, but they are still so friendly. The dentists and hygienists are amazing, from routine cleanings (my hygienist Helene is great), to fillings, to crowns, which are really an art and I've been happy every time. Since I've been a patient for a while, I've had a few dentists but they are all really good. Skilled, friendly, and no pain, ever. And everyone bends over backwards to squeeze you in if there is an emergency.

In all my years of going to the dentist, I've never enjoyed a visit as much as coming here. From the moment you step through the door, you are greeted and made to feel welcome. My dental hygienist Nikie was an absolute doll and put my mind and nervousness at ease. She has such a calm, cool, and collected way about her that I felt very comfortable. She was very patient and thorough with my cleaning, and took the time and effort to answer each one of my questions and concerns. She has a very friendly yet very professional demeanor about her, and her ability to clean the teeth so thoroughly yet so gently is bar none! My teeth look and feel way better than ever before, and I will not be going to anyone else from now on other than to Nikie and the team at Gentle Dental!

I am a huge fan of this practice. A colleague recommended them after I had a bad experience with another dentist that was kind of dodge. All of the staff have always been professional and fun. Even better, my teeth are in much better shape because of them. Plus they play good music.
