To preface, I went to a dentist in Boston exactly one month earlier, and had one of the worst dental / overall health experiences ever.
Now, keep in mind I recently graduated, and had not been to the dentist in a few years (I take full ownership over this fact). However, when I went to Dentist X (name omitted) , I was told I had 14 fillings, and it would be in the ballpark of $4500. Needless to say, I was not stoked.
After looking at reviews online, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Oliver. Immediately, just from walking into the office, I felt a huge sense of warmth and care. All the staff, from the receptionist to the hygenist to Mr. Oliver, take a huge amout of pride in their work and are extremely patient and understanding. I told them my situation, and after a 30-minute cleaning, and review of the X-rays, I was told there was no work to be done.
Mr. Oliver treats you like family, and does not try to **** you over (for lack of a better word), like some other dentists in this city. He exemplifies what it means to be a great dentist. 100/10 would go again!!! And will!
By the way: I do not recommend Dr. Oliver simply because he told me I would be saving $4,500. It was really just a fantastic experience.
