The Smile Institute @Boston

The Smile Institute is the best dental office I’ve ever been to. The doctors and staff there are super efficient, welcoming, and willing to communicate with patients about any concerns. Whether it is appointment making or questions about oral health, they have always made sure to offer the best care possible. I have been an Invisalign patient here for over a year now, and Dr. Yang is really the best dentist I’ve ever had, she sincerely cares about her patients and is really good at explaining complicated dental concepts to them. Finally, a special thanks to the front-desk, I’ve always had a hard time of finding a proper day for my next appointment, but they have always been understanding of my situation, and would try to help me in the best way they can. A big shoutout to everyone in the office!

Dr. Yang is a very nice and great dentist, but the front desk people’s attitude is terrible. They forget to help me check in and just told me to wait, after one hour of waiting I directly went inside to find my doctor. Strongly recommend that the front desk people should re-education again about their terrible service and attitude.

Nice and efficient service! I’ve had several appointments with Dr. Yang. She gave me many professional suggestions about Invisalign based on my needs and oral condition, not just asked me to pay for it without considering the condition of my teeth and bone. The staff here are efficient in their work and good at communicating with me about my concerns.

This was probably the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I hadn’t been to a dentist prior to covid due to wanting to be fully vaccinated for safety. The place I went prior wasn’t get. But the smile institute was phenomenal. Everyone is so professional. Both the dentist and dental assistance. I didn’t feel awkward or nervous at any point. My dentist, I unfortunately cannot recall her name, but she was so professional and sweet stepping me through everything between my cleaning and the process with my wisdom teeth removal. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone who is scared or nervous of dentists.

Super kids friendly! Everyone is super patient and professional. I live around and I go to them for any dental issues. Been with them two years now.

I have been this clinic for wisdom tooth extraction and invisible line for several times. So far, everything is great! I like the atmosphere here. The Taiwanese lady at the front desk is so adorable and friendly (Thanks for your bread). Doctor Yang is professional and patient. I strongly recommend people with Asian background to talk to her. Amazingly, I didn't feel any pain when I had my wisdom teeth removed at this clinic! One thing I really like about this clinic is that they try to persuade you to keep your teeth instead of pulling out as many as you can.

The best place for dental care and Invisalign! I've been a patient of Dr. Yang's (dentist) and Dr. Askari (orthodontist) for a few years now. Dr. Askari has been helping me with Invisalign treatment, and she is super funny, understanding, and caring. Dr. Yang is the best dentist I've ever had!! Before her, I only had male dentists who were too busy for me or condescending and they had dental hygienists do all the work, while they would make me wait for them and stop by for a min to take a look at my teeth. Dr. Yang does the cleaning herself. She remembers the concerns I had 6 months ago and makes sure to follow up on them. She helped me weigh all my options before wisdom teeth extraction. She saw me at the height of COVID in March 2020 when I had gum pain when most dentists would not. She is patient, and always explains everything very thoroughly. Even though I moved 2 hours away, I still come back to Boston for my cleaning. Additionally, the support staff at the clinic is great! They're always fun to chat with and very good and professional. Highly recommend The Smile Institute!

Stayed in Boston Before. This office is a great place. although I moved to other country, I still miss this Dental office. Cannot find a better place. I did my cleaning and filling with Dr Dai while I was in Boston. she is amazing, caring and professional, she takes care of every patient who need her help.

My favorite dentist I have ever had. Dr. Yang and the team are amazing, caring, gentle, and have done a fantastic job with fixing my teeth with invisalign and cleanings.

Visiting for my routine cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction in the past. Doctors are very kind and thoughtful. They always give out professional suggestions and respect my preferences. Very nice membership program discounts for people who don’t have dental insurance. Highly recommend.
