The Dedham location of Aspen Dental is AMAZING! Everyone there is cordial, friendly and exceptionally professional. I was very impressed with their state-of-the-art equipment and how easily they explained everything to me each step along the way. They even offer affordable payment options that are greatly appreciated for those of us without dental insurance. I am very appreciative of the overall service.

I have been going to Aspen Dental in Dedham for about four years and they are great. They are really responsive when a tooth inevitably goes rogue overnight, and I have had a bridge done here that is really very gorgeous. Sounds weird, maybe, but it matches my smile and you would never know. Great dentists, hygienists and techs!

I couldn't say enough good things about my Aspen Dental visit. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the office to the moment I left. I went there thinking I only had one option and it was the most expensive option but little did I know I had many. The doctor and his staff with no pressure guided me to the best option for me which to my disbelief was one of the less expensive options. I can say with 100% absolute that they truly care about their patients. For the first time in my life, I'm looking forward to my next dentist visit.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in Dedham MA. I called was able to make an appointment same day, called around 10:19 am operator made an appointment for 10:30 am the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and professional, when I saw the doctor he was very clear and informed to my questions and very helpful. I would return again if I need more dental work. Office and lobby and waiting area very clean and nice and not cramped.

I was recently at Aspen Dental on the Providence Highway, Dedham , ma . I showed up there pretty much a crazy person. I had chipped one of my front teeth. They were able to see me right away and started work immediately. I left that day with two temporary front teeth. Because they have an on site lab in very short order, received beautiful front teeth, both capped and crown. From the girls at the front desk, to Dr. Madeiros himself I couldn’t of had a more pleasant experience. There was no pain involved they kept me comfortable at all times and they have many resources available to help you figure out how to pay for the work. If you have not tried them, I highly rate this business . Most importantly, I want to include the professionalism with the mix of kindness and caring. I have already brought another friend now, who was afraid to even go to the dentist, and they put her at ease immediately. if you’re in need of dental care, please try them first. You will not be disappointed.

The overall ambiance is way nicer than any dental office I’ve been in. The TV’s are a nice touch, as it distracts you while in the chair. Staff was excellent and made me feel really comfortable. Financial help available if needed.

This was my first visit at Aspen Dental. I chose it after reading good reviews. However, I was very disappointed. I visited there for the regular check up. After exam, they recommended me to schedule the scaling, deep cleaning. When I asked the price, the staff at the counter advised me over $700. They included electric tooth brush and oral rinse as well without my consent. When I advised I already had electric tooth brush, they removed it from the list and then total amount was $598.20. Still high price. When I looked at the invoice, 22 items were listed but I didn't understand what those items meant. They just advised me to get the scaling. My two daughters already visited here ahead of me a week ago. One was charged $240.95, the other was charged $385 for the scaling. One of them received the electric tooth brush. She thought she got it for free because she never agreed to purchase it. They just included it without explanation and charged it in the name of scaling. I am not comfortable why the scaling price is different under the same insurance card $240, $385, $598. If anyone go there for the first visit, be alert on the charge and ask details and explanation before payment.

As someone who has always been afraid of the dentist, I can not say enough good things about this location. Dr. Medeiros was very kind and understanding and made me feel like family. Great team and exceptional service

I made an appointment for my husband, they told me the initial exam and X-rays were no charge. The dental assistant announced the “answering service” gave me wrong information. They fixed my husbands tooth and it was broken two hours later when he took a bite of soggy pizza. The Saturday hours are great but I wish he’d waited till Monday!

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Very pleasant intake experience (new patient) professional and welcoming. Dr. Medeiros performed an extraction of a molar that I had broken with ease. Thank you all at Aspen Dental Dedham.
