It seems as though they always misinform me
(Like saying, "sure! Your insurance covers this!"), I make an appointment for me to come in, and then when I come in and they tell me that my insurance doesn't cover and I'll have to pay. The doctor (as condescending as ever) tells me that receptionists are not doctors, and cannot suggest a treatment. DUH! She (the receptionist) didn't assign me a treatment, she told me I had another OPTION with my insurance. THEN they tell me that I can get checked out to see if I'd even need a flipper (what I was there for), only to be told that I used up my visits (only 2 btw) and wouldn't be able to get checked out!! I sobbed all the way home because now it's just messing with me psychologically almost to sadistic proportions... this is the third time they've let me come all the way down to the office just to turn me away because of insurance/miscommunication. You're right in front of the computer! All my info is there, so why not call instead of waste my time. I'm agoraphobic, so his was EXTREMELY traumatic for me as I usually don't leave my house.

What can I say about doctor dental. They are the best of the best! They have always gone above and beyond for my whole family and myself. Dr.Z and Dr. shama are great. Lydia and Samantha at the front desk are the friendliest secretaries ever! Try out Dr. Dental you will love them.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst dentist ever, dont come here unless you want to be lied to! He told me I had SIX cavities once and when I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion the other dentist stated that I only had ONE cavity. A second time, this time last year the dentist at the meridian st location said I HAD a cavity so bad that I needed to get fitted for a crown, he drilled into my tooth then made an appointment for my crown. When confronted by my mother the dentist said he drilled to CHECK if I did have a cavity which is funny because he told me I DID have one. I never got the crown and when I went to a different dr.dental and I asked for her to check, she said I had no cavity and it was a shadow, she even showed me the difference between a shadow and cavity on the xray.
