Spring 2020: make sure you confirm your appointment time. Mine was abruptly changed a whole 30 minutes later than the agreed upon time, with no notice or acknowledgment. "No it's always been that time."
Update dec 2021:
Again, I'm holding an appt card in my hands that says "4pm" for my son's cleaning. I could not locate it a couple weeks ago; so I called to confirm the time as I only knew the date. The receptionist told me "3:30pm" which I accepted because I didn't know where my card was. I found the card 5 mins later (the one that says "4pm"). Oh well, I'll show up for 3:30pm--My husband will just have to rush home to watch the baby. Then we receive a confirmation voicemail the day of the appointment (today) "Your appointment is at 3:20pm." Uhmmmm??? I'm very frustrated every time I have to deal with this office unfortunately. The dentists are phenomenal with my son but MAN whoever is scheduling these appointments... I'm not sure what to do, honestly. Maybe going to another office for consistency and dependability.

The entire staff went above and beyond with all aspects of my appointment today. Myself and my daughter, age 5 were promptly adressed, checked in and seen right on time. There were no delays in being seen or treated. I am thankful for the positive visit.

Sandy and Dr Ahmed are the BEST team!! I honestly have a blast when I come in to get my teeth cleaned and worked on. Always on time, professional but extremely personable, and great care. I wouldn't dream of getting my dental care anywhere else!!

Dr. Tsessis did a superb job replacing a lost crown and completing the work done by the endodontist. He had previously diagnosed a dead tooth under a crown that had been overlooked for 2 years. Millie is a very capable and friendly dental assistant.

Past 3 times I came here for my appointment there was no dentist here. They did a cleaning and told me to come back another day to see the doctor. Dentist office with no dentists apparently
