Awful practice and terrible service. My son had an appt with these people, and because we did not call back to confirm that he would be there he was taken out of the schedule even though we showed up on time to give his spot to someone else who decided to be seen at the time he was scheduled. Mind you we were booked for that appt 6 months prior but preference was given to someone who just called in to be seen at a "unconfirmed spot". I am a hard working mother who works in the medical field and when I get out of work they are closed. We have left this practice and looking elsewhere.

My daughter has been a patient with Children and Family Dentistry and Braces of Lawrence ( Formerly Small Smiles) since she was 3 years old, now going on 16 quite the record, I stay with them because we have always had positive experiences, The Staff is Professional and always welcomes you with a smile. The Dr's there are Friendly, gentle and great with children. If there are any concerns they will answer questions and explain procedures and outcomes, From Routine check ups, to Wisdom tooth Removal Surgery to Braces, We have been through it all. I feel Confident in saying that I can recommend Children & Family Dentistry and Braces Of Lawrence to anyone who needs to feel comfortable with a Very Good Dental Practice to give their patients the care and Respect they deserve.

I love this place, I have a family of five; and they always give us appointments at the same time. They understand that life isn't always on time, and Melissa will call me to make sure I'm coming. Jose has faith in me that I'll be on time. And the dentist assistant always have a smile. Our family dentist Mrs.Burke (dentist) always make my kids feel cool.

Horrible. Terrible. Doctor is rude. Said he evaluated my 5 year old and he didn’t even look me in the eye or explain anything to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They should be ashamed of themselves and embarrassed to work there. HORRIBLE

Amazing Dental office. The Doctors, Assistants, front staff and manager are just amazing. I became a patient by escorting my sister and her kids. After, every appointment the staff take their time to ask "how was your appointment " as you walking out of the office. This actually shows thats they care about the patients and willing to take both good and bad Criticism .

The staff were very professional and friendly. The place was clean and neat. I had an appointment for myself but I didn’t have a babysitter so I had to bring my toddler and the dental assistant was very helpful in keeping my toddler entertained and calm. The wait was not long at all!

FIX YOUR SYSTEM.VALUE YOUR PATIENTS.UNPROFESSIONAL. 2017 waiting is still terible The only good hygienist who treated me,took good care of my dental and cleaning and offered greats facts and advice was AMY back in the day. 2018 Every time I come here the waiting time is just terrible , workers are good. Update 2022 I called to schedule a cleaning they can’t seem to find my name in the system even when I been there patient for the past 11 years. i had a great time. the dentist was really kind and friendly to my 3 years old it was his first time here. really respectful. recommend to anyone for new dentist to come here. they had games in the front and movies for your child to play which was really helpful.
