I have been a patient for several years and cannot say enough about Doctor Gianino and his staff.
They always manage to get me in immediately for an appointment when needed, never have to wait more than 5 minutes upon arriving to the office, and the best experience, is everyone has a smile.

Except for cleanings I have always hated going to the dentist. Dr Gianino has turned that all around for me. Sedation dentistry, along with an incredibly professional and jovial staff, has eased my worries about having dental work done. I highly recommend his services.

This dental practice is top notch. From the hygienists to the front staff and, of course, Dr Gianino himself, everyone is courteous, professional and personable. Dr Gianino's restorative work is stellar (and I have had a few to compare to) and he is very thorough with explaining all procedures and providing alternatives. I travel 45 minutes to their office and I would go further if I had to. I have a great fear of dentists and they have worked closely with me to help me go beyond my fear. I highly recommend them.

I went to Dr. Gianino's office as a new patient for a routine cleaning after I had spoke to a friend that had nothing but good things to say about the entire office a little while back. Almost immediately after walking in the door I could completely understand why! Door to door service was fantastic. From walking in and being acknowledged right away with smiles (along with everyone introducing themselves so I will always know a familiar face), to Lisa making this the best experience I've ever had with a cleaning along with making me laugh and keeping me 100% informed throughout the entire process, to Dr. Gianino himself greeting me in a professional and courteous manor and making everything easy to understand, and all the way back out the girls at the front desk being absolutely amazing as far as working with my schedule and making me feel more comfortable than I ever thought I could in a dentist's office. If you are in need of a dentist or just want a better experience, come see these guys and you will wonder why you ever went anywhere else!

Dr. Gianino and his entire office staff are not only very professional but also very welcoming and friendly. I felt at ease immediately. Dr. Gianino has a bedside manner more Doctors should adopt. He takes his time with patients, explaining and educating as he goes along. He is able to make you feel like a participant in your care as opposed to the patient. I would recommend him to all my friends and family, especially those who dislike going to the dentist. Dr. Gianino and his staff will change your perspective the moment you walk through their door.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. G and his team. Every time I have gone in they have have been friendly and professional. I was especially impressed with the treatment plan that they put together for me after my first visit and the way Dr Gianino walked me through everything while showing me the xrays. After less than positive experiences with my last few dentists in Massachusetts, I have really appreciated my experiences with Dr. Gianino and his team. Looking forward to many future visits.

Dr. G has been taking care of me for 20+ years. He saved my teeth from the brink of disaster. All with NO pain. Which is quite a change from the days of my youth when a typical visit used to be just drill-baby-drill without novocaine. My favorite hygienist of all time, Heather, keeps my teeth sparkly clean and healthy. While, Jen and her wonderful staff truly make every visit a pleasant experience. So thanks to everyone at Dr. G's for taking care of me and my family all these years.

I initially went to Dr. Gianino's office last month with some emergency dental work, and can't say enough great things about him and the fabulous staff that work for him. Everyone is kind and caring, and quick to get to know their patients personally. It is obvious that they all work had at making their patients' visit as comfortable as possible - both physically and emotionally. There are lots of little (and not so little) things that make for a pleasant visit at Dr. Gianino's office, but honestly, these folks are so knowledgeable and caring that I'd go see them regardless of where they were.

If you're in need of dental work or considering seeing another dentist, go see these folks. I can't recommend them highly enough.

If you have incredible anxiety over going to the dentist, this is the place for you! After many years of not having a cleaning, I went today expecting the typical lecture about oral care and everything I was doing wrong. Instead, I received a sense of partnership from Lisa, the dental hygienist, as she explained not only the 'hows' but the 'whys' of dental care. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and Dr. Gianino, along with his entire team, have been more than patient with me, helping me along the path to being anxiety-free. I left today motivated to partner with Lisa and the entire team to improve my oral health. I am going back in a couple weeks, and for the first time in my life I am actually LOOKING FORWARD to it! From the warm greeting when you walk in the door to the final goodbye, Dr. Gianino's team is top-notch. I think if I moved away from the area, I would still travel here for my dental care.......going here makes me feel like I have a team of people cheering me on toward the goal of great oral health!
