Lunenburg Dentist - David D Gianino, DDS

Dr. Gianino is the friendliest and most thorough dentist I have had in my six decades. He always has a smile and a firm handshake. He is good at explaining in layman's terms what work I need or how to best to care for a dental issue at home. The dental hygienists in his practice are also terrific--enthusiastic and they give a great cleaning. The office staff is easy to talk to and will work with you when you have questions regarding payments, etc.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months like clockwork. Never have I had a bad report. I moved to the area and made an appointment here. The dental team spent the entire appointment trying to convince me that I have bone loss and gum disease and need a deep cleaning for $800 immediately. This was very shocking for me and I did not agree to get it done. They refused to do my regular cleaning until I paid for the deep cleaning. So they then charged me for this appointment (where I didn’t even get a cleaning) because I was receiving the “new patient discount”. I can not express more how disappointed I am with this practice. Everybody I have told that I went here has told me a similar story! STAY AWAY!

I love this dental office! They are friendly and attentive here. The care is bar none! Doctor Gianino is an excellent practitioner and he does a great job with discussing the treatment plans and giving you options. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

This dental office was recommended to me by my brother. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist and always have a hard time with the visit. I never felt like I got enough information. That being said this dental office is amazing. I got Lisa as my dental hygienist and she is beyond amazing. She took the time to talk to me about my dental issues and what I could do to stay on top of it. Dr. Gianino is the best dentist I've ever had, he is upfront on his expectations and costs. They broke it all down for me. We were able to figure out a way that I could take care of my teeth and also not break the bank. Highly recommended and so grateful that I found them!

Dr Gianino and his staff are 100% committed to quality dentistry. They go WAY above and beyond to make the dental experience of our whole family pleasant. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience as a first time patient. Lisa is very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to answer any questions I had. The girls at the front desk are extremely helpful and welcoming. Dr. Gianino has an over all very professional and well rounded practice and I look forward to continue working with him on the road to a perfect smile!

I was a patient here as a kid, and came back as a new patient a few years later after a move. Not only did Doctor Gianino recognize me but welcomed me back to the practice. Every single person in the office is so kind and welcoming. The receptionists are super accommodating, they truly go out of their way to remember each patient and to make every visit a personal experience. When I came back it had been a while since I had seen a dentist so I need a few things done. Dr. Gianino made it clear to me what had to be fix now and what treatments could be put off. I was then set up with their finance woman who helped me figure out the most appropriate way for me to pay within my means for the dental work I needed. She was beyond kind and understanding. Never once was I pushed to have something done that i didn’t need and or could not afford.
All of the hygenists are beyond professional, sweet, and empathetic. If you’re someone new to the area that’s trying to make the decision of which office to bring you and your family too; there’s no other option besides this practice. I strongly recommend this office. I have been a happy patient of theirs for years now and i would never go to any one else. Not only now do i have beautiful straight teeth but Invisalign, but the health of my teeth is the best it has ever been. Thank you to this office, I appreciate every one of you.

After YEARS of neglecting my teeth, I reached out to dr. Gianino and made an appointment. I was super comfortable right from the moment I came in. Everyone from reception to dr. Gianino himself made me feel right at home. They have outstanding technical equipment to show you exactly what and why they are recommending the course of treatment and it was all explained very well. And not a hint of pressure. My only complaint is my hygienist, Lindsey, is really mean. KIDDING!! Lindsey has already worked on me several times and she is fantastic. 5 stars!

I moved to the area about two years ago and hadn’t been to the Dentist for about three years. So I was nervous about getting my cleaning done, but Angela (hygienist) made me very comfortable and she was careful while doing the xrays and cleaning. I couldn’t have asked for a better hygienist! All the staff was friendly! I was impressed with the more advanced X-rays and cleaning. How they checked each tooth. They could even show you your teeth via camera projected to the TV. Loved Dr Gianino! Very thorough and friendly! Although I need to go back for a follow up with him to go over any problems he sees with my teeth, I appreciate the time he’ll take to do that prior to discussing that with me. Great office! You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great dentist to take your whole family to. My husband, our 4 children, and myself are all patients of Dr. Gianino. He is extremely kind and all of the staff are so comforting and nice. They make the environment very comfortable and relaxing. We've been to a few other dentist offices in the area and didn't care too much for them, we will definitely be staying here forever.
