Lunenburg Dentist - David D Gianino, DDS

Dr. Gianino and his staff are excellent! The service is consistently GOOD! One of the things that I like is how thorough they all are...they never do a rush job on my dental care, it is always with time well spent! What I like too is that they teach you how to best care for your teeth..daily brushing, flossing, etc- you know the drill! But the thing is, they don't give up on you- they keep encouraging you to be diligent about good oral health...healthy gums, healthy teeth. I recommend Dr. Gianino to anyone who is looking for an excellent dentist with an excellent staff! By the way, they talk to you privately about your dental insurance coverage...what is covered and not covered and what you may have to pay out-of-pocket. They don't talk about your financial affairs in front of other patients. That's a real plus too! F.H.

Cassie does a fantastic job. She is very thorough and gentle. She is thoughtful and professional while she anticipated and responded to my needs. She gave me up to date tips to improve the health of my mouth. I am an older adult and have had several hygienists. Cassie is by far the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I highly recommend her!

My first time to Dr Gianino and I will be returning. From the receptionist, the tech's, and the Doctor were all very pleasant. The office was neat and clean which is a very good idea of how instruments and all equipment are cared for. I will be returning for my consultation with Dr Gianino soon. As a retired nurse, I love his attitude.

I've been going to Dr. Gianino's office for several years now and I've never once had a bad experience. The staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered and they're always super accommodating to whatever your needs are. Both my wife and mom are also patients here and they, like me, have nothing but good things to say about him and the whole staff. Dr Gianino himself is very personable and polite and always asks me how my mom and wife are doing. I trust him and the rest of the staff and can't recommend them highly enough!

A great place to have all your dental needs met and more. They go above and beyond to make sure that you feel comfortable and take all anxiety out of going to the dentist. They answer all of my questions and always explain in full what they are going to do and even re-explain while they are doing the procedure. I especially recommend them for people, who like myself, have had some pretty traumatic dental experiences. The staff and Dr. Gianino went out of their way to alleviate all of the fear and anxiety I felt and I now have no problem going to the dentist on a regular basis. We had such a positive visit from Dr.Gianino’s team! We took our two children, ages 2 and 3, for their first ever dentist experience. One kiddo even asked for “tummy tickles” in the middle of her appointment- which cracked us all up! Both of the dental hygienists were AMAZING, Cassie and Angie made their appointment fun and both kiddos left smiling, actually they left crying because they didn’t want to leave the dentist, when do you ever hear that!? They were gentle and kind and eased any anxieties the kids have, I’m thrilled to squash any worries of dental anxiety I feared they may have. Dr.Marc was wonderful with both kiddos and let them explore the office while educating them both on the best ways to care for their teeth! The very next day I had my dental appointment, which I had neglected for over 3 years, everyone was very kind and joked throughout the appointment. They went the extra mile and checked my insurance coverage then printed out various payment options I can use for my future dental work that needs to be done. It was a wonderful experience and we feel lucky to have found a family practice right in our Lunenburg community!

If given the chance, I’d leave more than a 5 star review, perhaps a solid 10. I’ve never written a review before for any organization, but this office is so great I had to! As a grown man who has always hated going to the dentist, I thought I’d never find an office that I’d be comfortable with. Dr. Gianino has been absolutely fantastic! Tia at the front is friendly and always appreciates my lame jokes about not wanting to be there. Lisa is a fantastic hygienist, who now has the privilege of working on me until I die, or lose all my teeth - whichever comes first. I can’t say enough good things about this office or their staff, I just wish I had found them a decade ago.

I have been a patient for 8 plus years, and my smile has been transformed! My oral health has improved and I feel healthier all around. The staff are bright and cheery and always welcoming. The office is clean and professional.

I’ve recently begun receiving my dental care through Dr. Gianino’s office. My worries over not having been to the dentist in quite some time were immediately allayed during my very first visit with Cassie, one of the hygienists. She was patient and understanding and provided me with recommendations to take control of my dental health. Once my treatment plan was devised, Dr. Gianino set aside time to discuss what my issues and options were. In keeping with their policy of thoroughly explaining all aspects of the dental care process, Jen was there to break down each and every part of the payment/insurance portion of the plan.
In all, I appreciate the measures the entire dental team takes to treat patients holistically. It is definitely a refreshing departure from the norm!

This dentist and his staff are like no other, they treat you with the upmost respect, and most importantly like family. As a college I like that they're a willing to work with you, and find a good payment plan. Me and my family would definitely recommend this dentist, to other families.
