Everyone is so nice here. It was my first time having a tooth pulled and I was very nervous. The dentist made me feel so comfortable and was wonderful. I would absolutely would recommend them.

My name is Abdul Jami. This is going to be a long review. I'm disabled and wasn't looking forward to going to the dentist not sure of how I'd be received. I had an emergency last Thursday due to my wisdom tooth coming in. I called the office in quincy and was seen the same day. I was in extreme pain before and after. Dr. Mike was very patient and thorough in his explanation of the procedure. I was sweating and so was he lol he truly gave it everything he had to get this tooth extracted to no avail. He assured me that if I came into their office in Malden Dr. Ram would be able to get it out. I went home in more pain than I had come in to the office with. They made sure I had pain meds. Ms. Lynn called me to see how I was doing. She said to call her no matter the time be it 2am and let her know if there was anything I needed. We agreed to an appointment the next day whenever I could make it in. I arrived and was immediately seated in a chair. Dr. Ram a trooper and finally got the tooth extracted. The most impressive thing about this experience was Ms. Lynn she showed genuine concern for my well-being. She gave me a hug when I left in spite of the climate of the world. Although this was the absolute worst pain I've ever experienced the treatment I received from these professionals was above and beyond. Thank you for your humanity.

I went her with an emergency and was in an extreme amount of pain. I was taken right into a room where Dr and Nurses checked on me and Dr immediately gave me novavaine to help with the pain. I ended up having a tooth pulled the Dr Mike and his team made me extremely comfortable and constantly made sure I was ok and aware of what was going on. I will be going back in a week for a follow up. I'm extremely satisfied with care and treatment I received, Thank you!!!! I definitely recommend this Dental Office!!!

I've had problems with my teeth since childhood which caused me to see manyyyy dentists. With all these visits I now have a true fear of a dentist visit. Well today changed that all. From setting up my appt with one of the nicest front desk assistants, to the dental hygienists who held real conversation with me and making sure I was ok. And to top all of that the Dr was incredible!!! I was there to have a tooth pulled the last dentist who preformed that same procedure was literally on top of me to get the tooth out and I left in sooo much pain which lasted for days! Today one shot of novican and not even realizing the tooth had been extracted he said well your all set. Whole process was about 7 mins tops. Thank so much to this Dr and his staff. I live 30 mins away from this office but hopefully this can be my new dentist! I would/will recommend this office to everyone including my family and friends!

This was my first time at the clinic, they were friendly, nice girls at the front , professional did my cleaning and check up fast and without a lot waiting . Price was good and I have a appointment for a next visit because I liked and trusted the doctor. He is kind easy going guy very smiling person and hadsome even though I'm a guy . Thanks for you all specially for the girl that did my procession.

I feel very bad with American dental because I was fixed appointment for my 2 years old kids on August 27 at 3pm & we was almost ready to go there but they will send me voice message at around 2pm my appointment is canceled but why suddenly? I already make off from my work & I lose whole that day without anything. They never called back me for explain why suddenly my appointment canceled. They never give salutation what I need to do next, I don’t know they dam care or never know passion problems why people went hospital! So first impression is last impression that’s why I always disappointed with American Dental, at last I never recommended other people to visit this place.

The best dental experience I've ever had personally! Dr. Bender is amazing and his staff are just as wonderful they make you feel very welcomed and are super friendly. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist but that's no longer the case. My experiences were Completely pain free. Dr. Bender is the only person I'll let touch my teeth if I could give him and his staff a 10 star rating I would. I highly recommend going to see him if you need a excellent dentist.
