I called in the morning asking if someone could see me same day due to a terrible tooth ache and they squeezed me in, discovered I was in need of a root canal, and fixed me right up! The service was amazing and professional! I moved away from Malden but refuse to go anywhere else. I make the trek to D2 Dental because they have earned my trust and loyalty! Highly recommend!

First impressions are everything, and my first impression of D2 Dental when I opened the door was; wow, how clean and friendly everyone was. The waiting area was very neat and cleanly, and you get a complimentary San Pellegrino. All of the staff was very helpful, kind and professional. When I was taken in to be seated, as I was walking by you can see that all of the equipment was state of the art, up to date and new. Therefore you know you are getting the best you possibly could. When Dr. Hornung came in, he was very friendly. Once finding out that I was a little afraid of the dentist, he was full of humor. Trying to make me laugh and feel better about being there. In my opinion this was a great way of making a patient feel comfortable and lighten up. He explained everything that was going to happen next. While I was sitting there waiting, they had me watching Netflix. That was pretty awesome to be able to be distracted by a movie/TV show. Over all my experience at D2 Dental was fantastic. I will recommend anyone over to D2 Dental for Dr. Hornung! It is by far the best you could get when it comes to cleanliness, friendliness, and having the best dentist.

D2 dental pops, locks and rocks. From the front desk crew to the Hygienists to the Doctors themselves, everyone is consistently thoughtful, friendly and generally delightful to interact with. In terms of the actual physical work, I find they are always careful and thorough but efficient as well - a tough combo to pull off. As pain free (both physically and emotionally) as I have ever experienced. Double hoozahs and whatnot!

Had another cleaning appointment. Tina is hilarious. I felt like I was getting a haircut with a stylist who wouldn't stop cracking jokes instead of cringing and hoping not to feel pain while someone probed and scrapped my teeth with sharp metallic tools. No pain, just laughs... And cleaner teeth. If you guys offered walk-in, affordable brush + flossing sessions (<5mins) you might have a new income stream lol #NoOneLikesFlossing
