Was quite nervous about having my dental procedure done, but the staff especially Marceley made me feel comfortable, she was excellent, was very happy with the way the procedure went and will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

First time I saw these people they were nice, after the job was half way done and the pandemic kicked in they never finished the job, the partial damaged my lower teeth and I went there I got mistreated and they never finished in fixing it. Please if you have a choice look for someone else… I did post a 5 start review and now I’m changing to one because I have no option in giving them none.! I’m thinking twice in finding a attorney to go after them.

Dr.Chen is the best dentist I have met. He is very professional, skilled and very nice.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr.Chen. The whole operation was quick and I did not feel pain at all. He also specially treated the wound with his skiiled techniques.My mouth even didn't bleed after the operation. I truly appreciated Dr.Chen's good job and highly recommend his practice.

I wish I could post a picture. My wife recived a email and who ever filled it out Put "so rudeeee" in the headline. Because my wife refused a deep cleaning that they kept pushing over and over. Same thing with me extremely pushy. They said the deep cleaning is not optional. Should have never came back here after i had a tooth removed in 2012 and they didn't even numb my mouth the whole way. And when i said somthing they just kept going. We are both cancelling our appointments. :)

Well this is the 8th time I’ve been here for dental care. Today I’m here to have my teeth cleaned, the other 7 visits have been other dental work such as partials made upper and lower and other teeth pulled which were the eye teeth/both sides. The healing has taken a while for those pullings.
I rate this place in Marlborough, to be 5 stars, bar-none.
Starting with the front desk staff who I choose to call Angel’s. They are certainly people personally that is warm and very respectful to all I seen and personally dealt with. These Angels know their stuff and they do it in a professional, manner for all.
Then their are the staff members that do the cleaning, very nice and polite Angels.
Then you have the staff that set you up to be worked on, like taking X-rays and assisting the dentist in every way they possibly can. These Angels make sure your visit is as comfortable as possible.
Next and foremost are the dentist themselves. The 3 at Marlbrough Union Dental are extremely professional and knowledgeable of the latest technologies as they spring up, constantly studying to stay on top of their progress in their profession.
The icing on the cake is that I’m paralyzed and have an electric wheelchair. Every other establishment I’ve been to have turned me away because I couldn’t get out of my wheelchair and sit in their chairs, which was very frustrating because I was at the mercy of the Nursing home Dental staff that work for themselves or other facilities. Thing is they are very incompetent in their duties and personally I’ve been ripped off by the dentist who works for The Odd Fellows in Worcester MA. He charged me $10,000 dollars when all my work would have been covered by Mass health & Medicare. So with that in mind visit Union Dental located in Marlborough MA
