Since Dr Stines left, it’s horrible. Incompetent oral surgery has taken over. Irresponsible clinicians (I am a nurse) and NO communication between disciplines. They do not care about taking you out of work to waste your time. Dr stines ran a tight ship. This practice has suffered horribly since... they obviously take advantage of the people who aren’t medical professionals, and they couldn’t with me.. irresponsible, inconsiderate, and apprehensive! Although if Yadira, Cesar, Cynthia, or Jane were involved, the outcome would have been different

Employees at this facility don’t have common sense! I booked an appt for my kids and myself I received an email that I need it to confirm, which I followed that steps! Arrived they told that they could only see me! They didn’t have my new number but why I was contact thru my email then! Lazy girls!!

Never again. This establishment is full of level entry imbeciles, with no sense of accountability. My last experience was disdainful; management has no sense of urgency for setting high standard customer service. Please be advised.

Okay, I know I have no fears going to the dentist but I seriously almost fell asleep during fillings,also who laughs while getting their teeth done, thank you Yari for being friendly but such a professional, Thank to Dr Chan!

great new staff in the front , came for an emergency and todays visit was very pleasant, darius was very careful when he did my exrays and my favorate is kaitlyn the hygenist beside today, when she does my cleaning she is so gentle, thank you children and family dent im feeling the crew 100% thumbs up.

We are under new ownership since September, and have new dentists and new management. We provide comprehensive care for both adults and children. Dr. Gupta and her assistant Ashley were good to me and the work they did was "AMAZING" office manager Mariely ,the front office girls and Jazzmyne the TC were "very" professional and welcome me with open arms every time I come in.
