If I can give -1,000 star I would. This place is by far the worse dental place I've ever been to. They're constantly changing their rules without any notice to their patients. They don't have late or weekend hours to accommodate their patient's.

The lady Kat there is so nice and had great conversation. I’m always anxious about interacting with people at the dentist but she made it a safe space, this is why i always come back the workers here are authentically nice

After an dental appointment at children and family dental group my family and are happy and left with clean and bright smiles. Our Medical assistant Kat was so friendly and professional making sure we understood what our next steps were and helping us make our next appointments quickly and hassle free.

I transferred from the Brockton branch to the Mattapan branch and when I tell you since THE FIRST INTERACTION ,they’ve done nothing but make me feel at home their staff are amazing ! Nelly the secretary is AMAZING . I was backed up on a lot of work in my mouth and Nelly took care of that in a heart beat . She set my appointments to my accommodation and squeezed me in ,the best of her abilities . Dr.Neeta and Yari are THE BEST . Dr.Neeta did so many fillings for me in the matter of 3 days of appointments back to back and when I tell you she is so gentle and good at her job , YOU DONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING PUT YOUR TRUST IN HER HANDS!!!i literally only trust her to do any teeth work on me now I don’t even want to let another doctor mess with my teeth . My mouth feels amazing and she’s quick ! Yari is the bestttttt !!!!!!she’s s sooooo nice and welcoming like a family member and that’s relieving when visiting the dentist . I’d recommend this place to everyone !

This is the most incompetent dental office that I have ever been to in my life. I been waiting since September of 2021 for them to submit prior authorization for a dental procedure to my dental insurance. It’s now June of 2022 and they still have not figured it out yet. They requested authorization for a crown on a tooth that they previously referred me to have extracted. The tooth is gone, why would I need a crown now?! It’s been a process I think I need to take my business elsewhere!!

I absolutely love everyone especially Dr. Somba and Kylie. They go above and beyond for me and I can tell they truly care about me and I feel so comfortable with them. I have never experienced anything like this before at a dental office, From the moment I walk in everyone is so helpful and welcoming! I will never go anywhere else!

Linda is such a great dental assistant makes you feel very welcome and does a great job. Ryan is a great dental hygienist and did an amazing job with my cleaning. This is the best dentist place I’ve been too. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!!
