Dr. Jang is the most wonderful doctor I have met. I have anxiety for dental procedures due to horrible past dental experiences. She listened to my needs. She cared. She gave me a treatment plan that worked for me. I felt safe and heard. She is the best. My root canal was not scary. She was the best bottom line. I am so lucky to have found her. I have an allergy to epinephrine and nobody wanted to deal with me. She was caring and my experience was quite frankly great!

I was seen today, Dec 29, and it was my first time. I like it. The Doctor was kind, empathetic with my case, and explained my options. The front desk and doc assistant were highly swift, competent, and efficient. Hard to see. It is always good be well treated with humanity. A good team.

Nicest staff (Sue and Rhonda) the woman at the front desk (sorry I don’t know her name) was super friendly and patient. And Dr Jang is just amazing!!! The office was there for me in a pinch and took very good care of me. It was so clean. I was so comfortable there and I hate going to the dentist but I will be going back to Newton Dentistry for sure!!

I called because I cracked my tooth and they told me to come in right away. I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. They were very attentive and thorough and gave me a few options to choose from. The staff is courteous and friendly and the office is immaculate. I highly recommend Newton Dentistry.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and needed a new dentist. The staff at Newton Dentistry has been so helpful and kind helping us navigate some questions with our insurance. Dr. Jang developed appropriate treatment plans for both of us and was diligent in her work and lovely to interact with.

As everything in greater Boston-- likely decent if you make mid 6 figures and/or care nothing for money. Will be treated as a distasteful serf if not.
All I needed from this place was a rough estimate on basic work before even considering becoming a patient. They refused that without dragging me through intake rigamarole and attempted charges. Falsely claimed xrays were 5 yrs old to justify those. Only when standing there in person were they finally miraculously able to give the estimate (which was exorbitant), just to get rid of me.
Wish I could say this was unique, but it's status quo today-- Just pure extraction of every last cent possible.

Front desk was rude , lady behind desk kept projecting I'm just going to charge him more etc . Forget calling anyone.Seemed like instead of taking extra steps to call insurance she was going to extra charge. That's not very nice.it was not a very welcoming experience. The Dr was nice though.

I’ve been going there for past month for multiple different dental procedures it is a super clean environment with a very nice and genuine staff. They are always willing to engage in small talk and actually remember details about your family/life. I can tell the staff really enjoys working with each other.
