I got offered a dental insurance through my Retirement plan, only problem was it had been years since I saw a dentist and really didn’t know of any dentists in my area that took my insurance. I looked at my plans dentists and found Dr. Joon and this dentist office by a chance pick, but so glad I did. All the office and dental professionals are so nice and since I need a lot of work we talked out a treatment plan and are working out a payment schedule. Tracy at reception is a whizz and worth her weight in gold in balancing insurance vs out of pocket expenses which is so helpful when on a tight budget. I actually feel hopeful about my dental future in these guys hands… happy to recommend.

Very bad experience! Had severe pain/sensitivity from a simple crown procedure and then purposely delayed my care. Shameful! Stay away!

I went to get a cracked filling looked at. I had no pain or sensitivity of any kind. Dr. Jang suggested I need a crown and I agreed. After the prep work and temporary crown I had increasing pain and cold sensitivity over the next several days. After returning for a follow up, Dr. Jang suggested removing and placing a new temp crown and a round of antibiotics. After 5 additional days the pain/sensitivity did not improve. I returned again and Dr. Jang suggested a root canal and did not offer a referral to an endodontist, instead asking me to deal with the increasing pain for several more day so she could perform (and charge me for) the work. I had to find an endodontist on my own. Then I came to find out that i had to wait 4 weeks for the permanent crown, instead of the normal 2 weeks, simply because the Dr went on vacation and they preferred to delay my care rather than have another dentist cover for her.

DO NOT GO HERE!

I called Newton Dental with a late night emergency. Their answering service was attentive and helpful, and I wasn't even a current patient of theirs. A busy office, but they made time for me first thing in the morning. From the office staff to the dentist who saw me, the service and care was extraordinary.Their kindness and exceptional work was such a relief at what was a very stressful time for me. I give them the very highest recommendation.

Great team of professionals! When I had a dental emergency while traveling, Dr Jang kindly agreed to see me and ended up performing a complicated, multi-step procedure to fix the problem, with the able assistance of the charming Dr Annie. This is great dentistry with a great vibe: the team really seems to enjoy working together.

I had root canal, crown lengthening, and crowning procedures done here, all within a few months. I have always heard that these things are some of the most painful dental experiences, so I was not looking forward to any of it. The folks at Newton Dentistry took great care of me and with no pain at all. Dr. Jang is extremely nice and patient, always checking to make sure you are comfortable and not in pain. And her assistant Anna was awesome- She gives the best X-Rays. The whole team there is great. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

I specifically went to this dentist as I have some significant trauma surrounding dentists. They've been compassionate and careful the whole time! From my initial exam to my hours long dental procedures, they were cautious and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible. When I ended up having a small panic attack during my procedure, they were incredibly supportive and waited for me to be ready again! After the appointment they gave me time to collect myself before I had to get up. I highly recommend them for anyone who is hesitant around dentists, or may be worried about pain or discomfort.

I just recently became a new patient as did my wife and daughter. We love it. Anna and Tracy at the front desk always do a really good job at explaining the treatment plan/insurance/costs. Dr Jang and Rhonda also made me feel really comfortable. Great practice, highly recommended!!

This is the best dental experience ever. The staff and dentists are extremely professional and personable. Drs.Jang and Annie are simply too notch! I relocated out of state and flew back just for the VIP treatment!

I love them so much! Rhonda and Tracy are amazing! Tracy is always so pleasant and always willing to work with me on explaining payments and everything. Rhonda is great and pleasant, very personable. Also, Dr. Jang is so sweet, knowledgeable and very amazing at explaining things. Dr Jang is very personable and really makes me look forward to coming back for my teeth! I have never felt more welcomed than I do coming into this office and seeing all of these lovely ladies! Keep up the amazing work!

I’ve been coming here for 20 years now. The doctors, hygienists, and staff are all wonderful. They strive to make you as comfortable as possible. I’ve never had a bad experience. Highly recommend this office
