I am so pleased with the services from Dental Arts Studio of Cape Cod. Dr. P is amazing!

Beautiful office with an incredible team! Very welcoming and an overall great experience.

Beware..waiting room emblematic of practice ,has brochures of how to obtain financial credit and not one pamphlet about dental hygiene practices.. 259 dollar retainer required before scheduling an appointment..many of which were available that day.
Although my dental issue was an emergency I opted to defer treatment as the dentist was blaming of previous dental work and offered to rectify the problem for 2000 dollars in a 45 minute procedure.
In sum, this practice was predatory and rude.

Dr. Nadia’s practice had been good but things have gone downhill since the opening of the second office. The newer staff is not organized. No one knows what’s going on. I found it tough to even get a human on the line. One person called one day and someone else the next day (often calling for double payment). It was chaotic. Having two offices with alternate days doesn’t work well. It’s confusing.

Stephanie, the secretary who pretends to be head honcho, is condescending and exhibits poor bedside manner. She speaks poorly of customers while other customers are in the waiting room. That was the last straw for me and my family.

If you want to make an appointment for your kid’s cleaning, you physically have to get in the car and bring them a check two weeks in advance! Sure you could pay by credit card but you get penalized with a 5 percent additional charge for doing so. Someone should audit this. Pretty sure that’s a big no no.

Call any dental practice on the Cape and they find this advance pay scheme to be seedy and troublesome. We switched to a dentist in Chatham —not a single person in his office has heard of such a thing. It is just so off-putting and gives the appearance of cash flow problems. It seems like a lot of corners are being cut.

My wife’s last filling that was done fell out within a year. I don’t know if it’s inferior material being used or the process is rushed or it’s a way to get people to come back in again but the quality has gone downhill. My wife & friends were unhappy with their Botox/fillers (more than double the cost of anywhere else) and said it was like water and did nothing.

It’s also strange that the majority of the reviews on here are from employees of the practice. A good and ethical practice doesn’t need to phony up the reviews. They don’t take criticism well. If all of the negative reviews mention bad money practices, then maybe the practice should consider trying to do better.

They also send you crazy amounts of text messages which is very annoying. It would be one thing to call and schedule a cleaning but don’t call and try to schedule an appointment and ask for my credit card. The texts encourage you to recommend your friends. Why would anyone recommend a place that won’t let you make an appointment without paying? Or where you get whacked with fees for using your credit card?

Many of the parents at my kids’ schools also used to go to this practice and every one seems to be leaving in droves. It’s a shame that the employees who worked here previously are gone. The practice blames the pandemic for the loss of employees and the reason for payment before stepping foot in the door. Every other dentist on the Cape is dealing with the same and they seem to have managed. One parent pointed out that this practice received 185 K in PPP handouts (public info apparently). Wasn’t the point of this handout so businesses would retain their employees?

This place used to be a nice dental office with staff who knew what they were doing and a staff that had a familial feel. Now it’s all about money and not about the client or the service. Expanding and undertaking two offices and dabbling in too many non-dental procedures ruined the operation.

Pedro was amazing to my overly nervous and anxious son Charlie during his last visit. Pedro put Charlie at ease with his laid back but also very encouraging vibe! Thanks to him Charlie was able to have some extensive work done without IV sedation. Big Thanks From the Thoma Family!!

I can honestly say that there is not one company that I've ever worked with that has better service than the Dental Arts Studio Team!

I really recommend Dr Nadia’s office and Team. My experience was amazing and they handled my fear and bad experience before.

Not sure why this place has such good reviews. I went for TMJ treatment, to try botox. It didn't help me at all and I wasn't given any follow up or alternative suggestions. *Correction, I was referred to a chiropractor, but no further followup with the doctor. I had to pay for it up front and tried to get reimbursement which was denied. I also had to have a dental exam even though that's not what I was there for and was told I had 11 cavities, which I would have had to pay for and then they would try to get it reimbursed. I went back to my regular dentist and he said he saw maybe 1 or 2 areas that needed filling. I would have been scammed out of $2000 and uncessary drilling in my teeth, this should be malpractice.

Its like a birthday, you fear its coming, but it always ends up being amazing when its over!
