I was involved in a surfing accident in the middle of covid. I ended up going to Dr. Nadia and it was an absolute nightmare. I’ve had about 5 appointments and spent upwards of 15k and never truly felt Dr. Nadia ever treated me correctly. She never explained the procedures she was doing to me or the costs associated with it. She was late to every single appointment. My last appointment she was 30 min late to the office, plugged in her Tesla, and strolled in right by me not even in her work gear without an apology for being so late. I chose to continue with appointments with another dentist and now she is making it a pain to get my crowns that I PRE PAYED for. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
UPDATE: Dr. Nadia set up an apt to give me my crowns but will not do so until I sign a form releasing her of all liability of the work she has done to me. There is also a section that states I’m not allowed to speak about the matter to anyone. Very extreme for crowns that I paid for beforehand on good faith, this seems illegal/unethical and I’m going to a lawyer

I used to dread going to the dentist; Dr. Pokrovskaya changed it all. She provides excellent treatment with great anesthesia. I usually don't feel a thing! .Everybody in the office is very professional and nice I definitely recommend this dentist.
