I have been going to the dentist for over 30 years. Not a single visit ever had someone stick out from any other dental person. They are all the same, until I met Tiffany at Epic Dental in Norwood. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and seems to genuinely care. She identifies any issues, explains what caused the problem, and tells you what needs to be done. She goes out of her way to make sure you understand everything. Epic will forever have me as a patient, as long as Tiffany is there. I drive 20-30 minutes for my visits. I’d drive an hour, just to be seen by Tiffany. She is the best.

I had my first appointment in March 2019. Tiffany was my hygienist. She is great. My teeth were stained due to heavy tea intake to fight gum disease. The cleaning is superb. She also took time asking me the brand of mouthwash and tooth paste I am using, and checked the ingredients to see if they can cause dry mouth. I do feel she cares about her patient.
I noticed your web site is not updated. The new dentists @ the adult team are not listed on your web site.

Dr. Moreno is amazing with my young kids. We have been through 4 cavities, 1 knocked out tooth, and a kid with a hatred for dentists. He works so well with all of them. He talks their language and keeps them calm the whole time. We never have tears, which is saying a lot. He takes the time to answer parents questions. And appointments are efficient. I trust his expertise and am pleased by his service. The hygienists are great, too. I would recommend this dentist to everyone.

I dont usually like the dentist, but i have to say, Karen sure makes you feel as comfortable as possible! Shes super warm & inviting and will even tell you some stories to keep you distracted. The place is nice & clean. & communication is also easy with calls and texts.
