Berkshire Dentist gives the big happy family vibe. From the receptionists to the hygienists, everyone seems genuinely content to be at work. They are warm and welcoming. The first time I walked in the door I was treated as if I’d been a patient there forever. Dr Chao has the kindest and nurturing bedside manner. She remembers the small details you’ve shared, offers direct advice for personal dental care, and exudes a calmness that helps if you’re anxious about dental work (or life more generally. It’s been a hard few years). I highly recommend this dentist’s office and feel lucky to have found them.

Berkshire dentist is a Professional atmosphere that cares highly about the patient. They do an excellent job teaching you about oral health and good hygiene practice. There is also good use of technology, which is nice. Much more up-to-date on oral practices than previous dentists I’ve been to in the area. I would highly recommend it!

Fabulous! Dr Chao made a temporary crown for me - not an easy job due to the area where the tooth had cracked. She was INCREDIBLE. I am not the easiest patient when it comes to crowns. I thought the only person who could do a crown properly for me was Dr Gotterer, who was my dentist for 30 years. BUT Dr Chao became my new dentist with this appointment. She was delicate, relaxed, amazing "chair side" manner, kind. It was fascinating watching her build the temporary crown. Across from her was Dental Asst, Peyton, who will himself become a good dentist one day. He certainly has an exquisite mentor! I had trouble at one point with the plastic dam in my mouth and she took it right out, even though NOT having it there was not as helpful for her. Everything Dr Chao did was a work of art. I was dreading this appointment and now I am going to return in three weeks in a relaxed fashion for the full crown. WOW. If anyone is nervous about a new dentist, you can RELAX! Dr Gotterer chose a perfect replacement in Dr Chao. 100 gold stars for her and her great team at Berkshire Dentist!
