Save yourself and skip this dental practice. From a simple procedure I ended up having to get a root canal and lost $2,000. After the initial procedure I returned with pain, they told me I only needed to file down the filling and that the tooth was perfect and nowhere near needing a root canal.
The pain was constant for about a year. I moved to another practice and they told me that the tooth was hurt beyond repair and I needed a root canal. The Elkadry dentist drilled too deeply.
I called to let them know, but they never called me back or offered any time of remuneration for the time and money I had to spend. This was their mistake and they didn't have an OUNCE of decency to at least help me pay for the root canal they forced me to endure.

Where do I begin? my daughter and I have a balance which is questionable post being told that my daughter's services were 100% covered for which i was still required to put down a $250 deposit. I wanted an itemized list & explanations for each charge before paying off either balance in full. Instead, a month ago I was asked about my balance and the amount was mentioned by the receptionist in front of a customer waiting to schedule an appt. at the front desk. 2 weeks ago I went in for pain & was questioned about the balance again but by a dental assistant acting as a bill collector. She asked if I was working? During a PANDEMIC mind you, at a time massive amounts of people are out of work, especially those of us who have underlying health issues! During a time, most of us have limited or no income! The dental assistant/accounts receivable police then left her temporary post and laid out what she preconceived to be my present situation in front of a patient in the chair who Dr. Elkadry was working on at the time. She returned and said, "I couldn't be seen any more until I could pay." The very next day I had an emergency for a temporary crown that Dr. Elkadry had done. I was told, "No appointment!" over the phone by both the receptionist & dental assistant. I was suppose to receive a follow-up up call from the dentist I had seen previously for pain and I had requested a call back from Dr. Elkadry. I never heard back from either. In the beginning I liked the Mom & Pop practice but the lack of professionalism is appalling and unacceptable! Consumers Beware!

I have been going to Dr. Elkadry since a very young age and have always had good experiences. As well as seeing Dr. Elkadry I saw their orthodontist who fixed the alignment of my teeth within a very reasonable timeframe. I am so grateful for this dental practice and all the great work they have done for me over the years.

The dentist and the dentist assistant were professional. I went for a dental cleaning and I can't complain, the dentist assistant did a very good job.
My only complain is the front desk service, I called their office and the person on the phone was very rude, she had zero manners.

I’ve always loved my experience at this office. By far, the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are skillful and caring. I live in NH now, and I still go back to Quincy for my checkups and any necessary dental work.

My husband went to this dentistry for an emergency (his tooth was broken), and he paid $190 for a temporary tooth. Four hours later this temporary tooth fell, and he return to the dentist, she told her it was temporary, she didn't know when or how much would cost a real solution for his problem and after a month, dentist call him again and told her she can do something "temporary" again until next year she can make a definitive procedure.
PLEASE RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN and don't go to this dentistry, they take all your money and give not a bad service, the worst service ever.

A Northshore girl will literally drive to the Southshore! That is how amazing Dr. Elkadry and her team are. I have had phobias of dentistry all my life, however, from beginning to end Dr Elkadry and her staff have been so warm and comforting. I tell her all the time that she gives the best Novocaine local injections I have ever had! Her expertise is amazing and she is ALWAYS so kind and gentle. A true gem! This Northshore girl will drive to parts “unknown “ for Dr. Elkadry anytime!!

I started going to Dr. Elkadry’s last year and have always had a pleasant experience. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and always kind. With Covid-19, the doctors and employees are taking all necessary precautions to put my mind at ease during visits. Thank you all!

From the very beginning I had a bad experience with them. They canceled my tooth extraction appointment one day ahead and told me they don’t do morning extraction. I scheduled it almost 3 weeks ahead and took some days off work. They didn’t even acknowledge their mistake and didn’t try to fix it.

I had a horrible experience at this place, four hours of pain for a filling the dentist messed up, bad attitude, careless during surgery. after that for more than a month had to go different times through strong pain killers until I decided to go to another dentist to fix their mess. One month of headaches, nerves at the edge day and night, and painkillers. Horrible horrible experience. never going back!
