Professional in every way imaginable from the time one walks in the front door until their departure. Courteous, knowledgeable and customer service oriented front desk staff followed by in-service dentistry which is communicative, highly skilled, extremely sensitive at all times to patients' comfort, compassionate and overall the best dentistry practice I've had the privilege of experiencing. I highly recommend this outstanding practice, and am spreading the good word enthusiastically to family and friends.

Great first visit! I learned things about my teeth that past dentists never informed me about. Sandi was great checking me in when I got there and Sonya was as thorough as a hygienist could be; very informative. Dr. Byrd also has an attention to detail that I have never experienced before with a dentist. 10/10

I had my yearly dental checkup for me and my daughter with Reading dental associates. I loved the welcoming environment and professional staff. We were attended by Sonya. She made dental visit for my toddler fun activity. My daughter is normally very shy outside but she was very comfortable with Sonya and enjoyed her examination and cleanup and had a big smily on her face at the end of visit :)
I scheduled my dental cleaning after almost 2 yrs, Sonya did through and painless cleaning and she was explaining every step along the way. Learned some new tings about gum health. She made our visit very comfortable, I was very happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend this place

Had my first appointment here today and everything about it was great. Sandi got me an appointment that worked with my schedule and I was seen the next day. Vanessa, who did my x-rays, was super nice and patient. She made me feel at ease from the beginning. My hygienist, Sonya, was also great. She explained everything before she did it so I knew what to expect. I hadn't been to the dentist since before covid so I knew I'd be sore, but she made sure I wasn't in pain and took breaks when I needed. She also talked to me like a regular person and gave me some tips for flossing without making me feel embarrassed. The dentist was nice and I didn't feel rushed asking questions. She also explained something with my teeth that's been bothering me for years that no other dentist ever explained to me before, and then offered a solution that could fix it. I didn't even know it could be fixed. Everyone working there works well together and seemed to communicate well with each other. So happy to have found a long-term dentist again. Already scheduled my next appointment.

I had my teeth cleaned by Sonya and she was very knowledgeable, communicated everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I recommend this office as everyone is incredibly friendly and looking out for your health.

I have been a long standing patient of Dr. Gail Iebba for many years and could not say enough great things about her and the great dentist that she is. She goes beyond being the best dentist I have ever had had the pleasure of seeing. Her assistant Amy is always attentive and together they are make sure that I am comfortable throughout every procedure. Sandi makes scheduling my appointments around my busy schedule a breeze.

First visit to Reading Dental Associates. My dental hygienist, Sonya was very knowledgeable and you can tell has a love for the field. She did a great job during my exam and cleaning. Dr. Byrd was very knowledgeable and helpful as well and answered any concerns or questions very thoroughly and they were both just nice people. All in all, it was a great visit.

I have been going to Reading Dental Associates, formerly Associates in Family Dentistry for almost 20 years. I have been more than satisfied with the attention to detail, TLC and warm and intimate feel of the office and staff. Sandi and Vanessa at the front desk are very accommodating and professional. I just love the hygienist Sonya. She is extremely thorough and she explains what she is doing every step of the way. I was lucky to have Dr Iebba as my dentist for many years and it was great to meet Dr. Byrd today.

Sonya was my hygienist today, she was extremely throughout and knowledgeable from start to finish. She did an excellent Jon cleaning my teeth and even taught me the right way to floss. Can’t wait for my next cleaning!
