The staff was nice and comforting. First time at Admire Dental, so far so good. Got two molars pulled and felt no pain. I've had bad experiences with dentists, but so far this one is a keeper. Stay tuned. I have more work to be done.

Jenelle was the first person I saw at the office. She was absolutely incredible! And it gave me high hopes that this location would be a great permanent spot for my dental care. Compounded by the tons of positive reviews, I had to give this place a try. Although I had to wait for around 25 minutes after my appointment time, I decided to put that behind me. However, things went downhill pretty quickly when the doctor came in and just started talking without introducing herself. And when I asked her who she was, she just said I’m the doctor. No name no nothing. After probing, I found out her name was Dr. Naranj or something of the sort. She wasn’t very friendly and did not make me feel comfortable when I was there. After my evaluation they somehow forgot that I had also scheduled and paid for a teeth cleaning. After reminding them I received the service however, The tooth cleaning was subpar at best. They spent a very little time on each tooth especially with the polishing. Less than a half a second on each front of the tooth and it felt very cursory. Much less thorough than any other teeth cleaning I have received in the past. The total time could not have been more than 10-15 minutes. Furthermore the doctor forgot to give me a prescription for medication which unfortunately I had to return to the location in order to get It. Although Janelle is the best staff member I interacted with, unfortunately I would give this location one out of five stars. I will not be returning.

Omg, I literally cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been thus far. The entire staff was polite and professional, they made a complete plan for my root canal and scheduled it in a very timely manner. I highly suggest that anyone that has MassHealth, call them immediately as they don't make you wait for months on end!!!
