As soon as I walked in I received the best service! My appointment started right on time which is convenient for my busy schedule and all the dentists and dental assistants were very knowledgable on the procedure I was getting done! They made me feel taken care of and I felt better knowing all the information prior to beginning my appointment. Great service!!- update!!
Came in for another whitening treatment this year and had the same great service. Everyone was super nice and my appointment was right on time! Love coming here!!

The staff here is amazing! They create a fun and positive atmosphere. I left my first appointment feeling excited, which is a pretty unusual thing to feel after a dental visit. Not to mention they do exceptional work in there (evident by their celebrity and athlete patient photos on the walls).

I have been wanting to do my teeth for a few years now and each time I went to a dentist for a consultation, I was a little to scared and would put it back on the shelf. I decided this was the year. I went to 4 different dentists that were highly recommended and on “The Top 10, list,” the first visit was to New England Dental, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. But friends and family urged me to get a few more consultations. I did, I walked out of a few asking how they rated the top 10. I ended going back to where I first started, New England Dental. They were all wonderful, from the office staff to the assistances to the dentists. I am not sure how many people have felt this way but I have, no matter whether it be the doctor or dentist office, the front desk are always so nasty and put out, that is NOT the case here, they are wonderful and helpful. I had 23 teeth removed by the oral surgeon, without anesthesia (don’t like it) or gas, he numbed my mouth told me to bring my headphones and my music and just sit back and I did. He had removed all 23 teeth and stitched my gums all within an hour. I never felt a thing. My daughters dropped me off at 11:00am and picked me up at 12:30. Once my teeth were removed and gums stitched, they immediately put my new teeth in. When my daughters came to pick me up, one began to cry, she said she could not believe it, how beautiful and “young” I looked. Before I left they scheduled my follow up appointments and told me to call if I needed adjustments even if it was everyday, not to worry, just call. I only had to go in a few times but if I called the same day, they fit me in the scheduled and never seemed put out or made me feel I was a pain. They are wonderful and talented. I recommend them highly. My daughter is seeing them now for veneers and my husband will be scheduling to go in to have the same procedure I had. The oral surgeon is amazing as are the dentist. I give them 10 stars. Oh, just a side note....I went to my daughter-in-laws shower a week after I had the procedure and I had several people ask me what I had done to myself, they said I looked so “young” and had a bounce to my step. See what teeth can do, you do not realize how much your teeth can change your life. Thank you New England Dental.

I like that they checked offered antibiotics and told me that if the pain persisted to come back. They took many X-rays

My experience on October 29, as on previous occasions, was easily a five-star one. The staff is courteous, Katya was exceedingly thorough in her cleaning my teeth, and , very importantly, Dr. John was careful to make sure I left in excellent shape. His work on my teeth has easily stood the test of time and I am grateful to him. I would like to offer suggestions for improvement but the standard of excellence shown by this dental associates office is exactly where it should be. Thank you. Joe Tecce

Appointments are easy to make. The text message reminders of up coming appointments are always appreciated.
There is always quick service upon arrival of the appointment. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and make one feel comfortable.
The doctors are top notch and professional. After surgeries there’s never been a problem getting in touch with the doctors because they give you their cell phone number not a answering service. Regarding emergencies, they squeeze you in that day or get you in touch with another specialist who will see you.
Dr. John is always friendly and available for consultation. His personality makes you feel like family. The whole experience is more like a personal visit then a dentist appointment.
