I would like to say a few words of praise to Dr. Orlov and his staff. I visited the “All Dental” office several times, and I got the impression that Dr. Orlov is a very talented and knowledgeable doctor. He accepts very difficult cases of dental work, like mine, and his work is very professional. Dr. Orlov quickly understands the dental problem and quickly makes medical decisions without compromising their quality. I feel that I am in the very good hands of a great doctor. I would also like to praise Medical Assistant of Dr. Orlov Svetlana (Lana) and Assistant Secretary Alla. Lana is a very gifted and skilled person. She is very experienced, but also she has a very kind soul. Lana radiates positive energy, and I feel the charge of this positive energy after leaving the All Dental office.
Alla is a very patient and polite person. She always answers my many questions very calmly and politely, even if I repeat the same question several times. I am very grateful for her patience, because I am a slow person, and sometimes I can’t remember or understand the answer to my question. I look forward to completing a large dental project with Dr. Orlov and All Dental staff.
