I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I've had multiple bad experiences with them. Not only did they hurt me and traumatize me during a root canal they kept scheduling appointments every 2 weeks without my permission. The doctor also yelled at me when I said I didn't want a root canal done after getting 2 crowns placed because I had been in the hospital and started not feeling well I had also explained that to the person who made my appointment that day. All in all worst dentist ever.

Called to reschedule my appointment because I wouldn’t have made it since being in the ER with my newborn waiting for test results to come back and the receptionist just automatically gave me attitude telling me they can no longer see me there because I didn’t give a 24 hour notice without even letting me explain why I couldn’t make it . So once she was done yelling I told her the reason and she tells me I had all morning to call mind you I’m in the ER with my newborn waiting for test results there’s no telling when or what time I was gonna be out of there.. very rude and very bad Customer Service !! So they just lost 3 patients because of there receptionist and her attitude

Dr. Orlov is a trustworthy and highly competent dentist. I've seen him for many years - for cleanings, x-rays, and invisalign treatment - and he and his team always do an excellent job. He can be a bit brusque at times but his expertise and the results he can achieve are unparalleled. In one instance, after a serious accident, he saw us right away even though he was technically booked up that day. Then, he was able to preserve a tooth that another dentist was planning to pull with emergency surgery, saving an enormous amount of time, energy, and money for our family. He also went the extra mile giving us his personal cell phone number in case pain became unbearable during the waiting process between the appointments. Side note: Alyssa is also a fabulous hygienist - so kind, has a positive energy and does great work.
