Everything went well with my cleaning. The young Lady Taylor was very gentle and calming, when cleaning my teeth. Especially after informing her/them that I had a bad fall and hit my face and that my tooth was slightly sensitive. They even took an X-ray of tooth. Was scheduled to see a specific dentist for cleaning over 6 months ago and was placed with someone else with no explanation. No communication was given and no care or consideration was shown when I brought it to the front desks attention. 2nd time this has happened. I like the location but front desk please get scheduling & customer service together.

So, I’m TERRIFIED of the dentist and have had extensive dental work done in the past which is where my fears came from. You can’t put dental work off, it doesn’t resolve on its own. Someone referred me to Dr. Metri. I had to have two teeth extracted (for starters), he was fast and also respected my fears so I felt more comfortable. A few cleanings and now back for more fillings. Might as well keep up the momentum. It’s hard to find a dentist that I feel has my best interest in mind but I found that here. So I will stay. :-)
