excellent and friendly staff. I always get an uneasy feeling from dentists, maybe it is more self-conscience and didn't feel that at all here. I felt comfortable right out of the gate. The staff an doctors were awesome.

I am deathly afraid of dentists due to past horrible experiences, and this office hands down did everything they could to make me feel as comfortable as they could. Dr. Andre was amazing and walked me through everything he was doing and kept asking if I was okay throughout the whole entire thing. This is my new go-to dentist and I have no regrets!

Loved the place from my first visit with my kids. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. They do their best to work with you on whatever your situation may be. All the staff make you feel welcome. I am very glad I gave them a try.

Dr. Andre is by far the best dentist in the business. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, innovative, and very accommodating. His intuition is spot on and always knows when I am feeling anxious about my dental work. Going to the dentist is no longer scary or painful because Dr. Andre and his staff do everything they can to make each visit a pleasant one! I tell EVERYONE about my dentist :)

why i like this place:
1. clear communications. before you even step foot, the text, emails you will receive to confirm appointments is top notch! you will receive a text 2hrs prior to the appointment so you never forget! love their use of technology that's not invasive/intrusive but actually helpful and practical!
2. friendly staff from front desk all the way through all the assists/hygenists/dentists/etc.
3. clear and concise communications. one of the most frustrating parts about seeing a dentist is often times doctors don't clearly communicate and explain what your issue is and even on my 1st visit every one clearly communicates exactly what your issues are and clearly define what your treatments are and answers all your questions are and what the plan is.
4. the most gentle cleaning i've experienced! in almost all the cleanings i've had... most of the hygenist are rough and you feel like you're having surgery vs. having a cleaning... well today i felt like i just took a nap at the dentist office it was so amazing!
5. finally... even without totally getting all the invoices/billing done the way in which staff has communicated this is super clear.
overall, i have been very impressed/blown away with just a first visit! couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The service is outstanding! I felt so comfortable at this office. My 18 year old just had her first appointment at this office and she texted me "This place is so awesome"! I was relieved to hear that, It's not easy getting children to go to the dentist!! I highly recommend this Dental practice!!

My family and I highly recommend Silver Lake Dental. Everyone there is terrific and will go out of their way to make sure your experience is a good one. My 9 & 10 year old say they love to go to the dentist now-that says it all.
