The Front Desk Lady that received me and always takes my calls is very very professional. She takes efforts to remind you of your appointment. I canceled many times due to different obligations but she never got tired. She is very courteous and has good customer service this 5 star goes to her. I appreciate your service.

The staff was very outgoing and friendly they got rid of all of my tooth stains pretty much it was a very great environment. I did have to wait rather long before getting into the cleaning and the cleaning itself took longer than most that I've had previous but other than that I would highly recommend!

The dental hygienist was rude! She couldn’t get the X-ray machine to work, so with her gloves on she’s touching equipment, cords etc. she finally jiggled enough, and now it’s working. I simply asked her to change her gloves, whereas she’s going into my child’s mouth, and she was offended. Telling me everything in the room is sterile after each patient. I doubt it very seriously!! She changed her gloves, I lead waiting in the hall for the xrays to be completed, only to find, because she was offended she decided to leave me out there. I walked in, and said thanks for letting me know you were done, she said yeah! For The record we will NOT be back!

Worst dental experience I've ever had. This place is the equivalent of the Mcdonalds of Dentistry.. my wife and I plus our child went today. My dentist was rushing through the cleaning, i kept telling her to ease up cus it really hurt near a cavitie that I had, after the 3rd time I got up and walked out. My wife also described how uncomfortable she was the whole time.. im 29 years old, I've been to the dentist many times. This experience was the absolute worst.

Dr. Lam is amazing! He has been working on my teeth for about 15 years now and my sons teeth for 9. I won't see another dentist.
