My family and I have been seen in this office for almost 7 years. We started being treated there when Dr. E was there. (excellent Dr. by the way). We now see Dr. Wig, who is also an excellent Dr. My one star rating is not due to the treating Drs is due to the clerical staff at the office.
This morning i was told by MARISSA, (new clerical staff member) that they can't cater to my husband because he doesn't speak english. On top of the fact that she didn't allow me to explain to her that the treatment plan they had sent him was for the wrong tooth she was extremely rude and hung up on me. My advice to you is that if you don't speak good English don't go there, they do not cater to anyone who doesn't speak English. If you try to advocate for yourself its a problem as well since you will be considered being rude.

We have had a great experience at Unique Dental! All of the staff is friendly. We had the same wonderful dentist for over 30 years and when he retired Unique Dental made our experience switching to a new dentist a great one! I have referred my family to them and they are very happy with them too. Dr. E is an amazing dentist!

This is the first dentist I've gone to in Massachusetts and I was not disappointed. The hygienist was so nice and instantly made me feel at ease. They also had a ton of goodies, including chapstick. They also worked with me when I was late for my appointment and were able to fit me in on another day. The dentist was practical and honest.

Dr.Whig explained in detail every procedure he has done/does to me from my fillings to my crown to my partials.Excellent dentist. Hygenests are excellent. All the staff are excellent and very friendly .

UnIque Dental had a professional staff from when I checked in until I left. I was taken on time and my hygienist Brittany was knowledgable and professional. She did an excellent job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. I didn't have mouth pain like I've experienced at my previous dental office. I would recommend Unique Dental to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Dr. E is great, he makes the experience as close to painless as possible. Colleen, the hygienist, is fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable- and makes getting a cleaning not so bad! The front staff is great, especially Jen! Her humor and personality makes coming to the dentist much less daunting! The whole staff is professional and very helpful.

I was a little upset when i found out my old dentist had been switched, but being with Unique Dental has been great thus far! Everyone is extremely friendly and personable. They answer all of my questions and really seem to care about the well being of my teeth. :)
