We were traveling in the area and my wife experienced a severe toothache. We were referred to Straits Dental and called to explain our situation. We were given an appointment the next morning. Dr. LaTocha examined the tooth and discovered on old root canal was badly infected. His staff called a specialist in Gaylord and arranged an emergency appointment. We were planning to celebrate our 60th anniversary at the Grand Hotel the following day and due to Straits Dental, we were able to keep our reservation. I will definitely give this place a 5 star rating and a great review.. Dr.Latocha and all the stuff are extremely nice and helpful. I was suffering with terrible tooth pain for a little over a month.. I called Dr.Latocha’s emergency cell phone over the weekend, he gave me tips on what I could do to help with the pain until I was able to get in.(To get the tooth pulled) I showed up for my appointment and I was terrified (from a previous dentist office) him and his assistant calmed me down and helped me through it.. I wasn’t in any pain the entire time, he pulled the tooth and now I won’t be in pain anymore. I am beyond grateful.
