We were thankful to get an appointment, but the dentist was less than tactful in her comments. The practice is overly concerned with standardized practice and isn't willing to make exceptions. We left without receiving any treatment.

This is the only place I know of that will dismiss people and children and never let them make an appointment again for 2 missed appts! Things happen, people have to reschedule and some times you can't help but to try to reschedule the day of your appt! I'm 37 weeks pregnant and having bad contractions so I tried to reschedule my daughter's appt that was an hour away only to have to deal with a VERY rude receptionist telling me that she doesn't know if illI be able to reschedule my child because I didn't reschedule 24 hours ahead of time. Absolutely ridiculous!! Things happen that you can't ALWAYS predict and "reschedule 24 hours ahead of time".
