Everyone in this office are friendly and caring. Lisa was my dental hygienist. She does a wonderful job on your teeth. Lisa is truly passionate about her job and it shows! She has such a kind soul and brings nothing but positively. If you have doubts or anxiety.... don't! You will feel so at ease with there care that is given!! You'll never be in pain because they make it a point to make you comfortable.

All went well, and very smoothly. I have never had any problem with anyone there.I believe I have been going here for more than maybe 20years. And thanks the them, I haven't had any problems with my teeth.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice! Although I am a Bay City native, we just moved here after living in South Carolina for 16 years. I was beyond nervous to not only trust anyone (besides our usual pediatric dentist back in SC) with my young five-year-old's cleaning, x-rays, etc., but also any care that might be needed following the check up. So, when Dr. Abby told me that my son needed a crown, I was beyond scared. I mean, I am talking full-on adrenaline shakes the night before and driving to the crown appointment. You see, my eldest child had, had an awful experience out-of-state (a different office than the one we eventually found in SC) when she was little (getting, go figure, a crown). So, naturally, I was extremely apprehensive for this go around. Anyhow, Dr. Abby and her team went above and beyond to not only calm my son's nerves (in fact, he was more chill than I was), but mine as well. Even the office staff, including the woman in billing (I'm sorry; I forgot her name!) and the receptionist, Ashley were fantastic! I can't recommend this practice enough. In fact, we are out-of-network, but I will continue to take my children here because you can't put a price on finding the perfect dentist! Thank you, Dr. Abby for your expertise and for being you!
