Love the people here, they are helpful, kind and good with my kids. Problem I'm having is that they keep accepting new patients and now my 6 month cleanings are now 9 months and it takes me nearly a year to get any work done. They make money hand over fist. Hire more, with competitive wages so you attract applicants or stop accepting new patients. Take care of your loyal patients first.

Would have gave a 5 star rating but they flat out refused me payments to get work done knowing I had to get done to have open heart surgery. So luckily in the following week when I said I would have paid in full they had a opening and got me in. Dr. Cao is amazing, the look of how dare you ask to make payments from receptionist and flat out refusal to understand the situation. Once again Dr. Cao is amazing as well as her assistant that helped me today.

Never did I ever think I would write a review about a dentistry, but this place was phenomenal! Excellent service, my appointment was scheduled easily, in and out with no problems. I recommend this dentist to everybody I know because every time I go here it’s always easy and amazing!

We've been to MCDC Big Rapids twice because we don't have a pediatric dentist where we live. The hr and a half drive was completely worth it because Dr Hannah and her crew are incredible. Everyone there is so friendly, caring and fun! My 4 year old loved it there both times! A++

I had the best experience today at this dentist that I have EVER had. Mariam and Dr. Kaitlyn Delancey we’re the BEST providers. I had 7 teeth pulled today and any other time I would not let them pull that many in 1 sitting! Today, I had my whole mouth worked on and I am very happy with the result! I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist! I felt like I was on the beach laying in the sun with some nice cold drinks, when I was really laying in the chair getting teeth pulled! I will recommend them to EVERYONE!! I have always had bad experiences with dentists, and today was the best experience ever! They deserve a raise or a really good reward/award! If I had the choice, I would request to have these 2 ladies EVERY time. Thank you for helping me get over my Dentist fears, and helping me conquer my needle fears!! And a HUGE thank you for helping me feel better!! Mariam And Dr. Delancey are my favorite Dentists! If you have some dental needs, please go see these 2 lovely ladies! They are so awesome and helpful!! I can’t thank you two enough!
