The staff are wonderful! I thought it was a little more of a low class dentistry chain but I was wrong. They do just as good of a job and are just as compassionate and explanatory as the “ritzy” dental office I grew up with. If you have any hesitancy let go of it now. I’m currently in discussing options with the dentist she is explaining everything so thorough and really trying to make the best choices and make sure I understand what’s best for me. Dr mason and the assistants such as Cherie are above and beyond normal expectations.

Dr. Mason and Frances took good care of my dental work. I had an infected tooth, Dr. Mason gave me antibiotics to clear up the infection then i had a root canal and a crown. My experience here was very nice, the whole staff makes you feel like u are a part of the family here. I recommend painless dentistry in charolette to everyone.

Had very good cleaning by Sandy today. She was right on time which is crucial to me as I am on oxygen. Unfortunately I had to leave before I could see Dr. Nelli as my oxygen tank was running low. I do have a tendency to get anxious when I start running low. Every thing else was great. The staff are very nice and helpful. Hopefully I will get to see Dr Nelli the next time so I can apologize for having to leave so abruptly.

What a relief!! I've had so much anxiety with the amount of dental work I need to have done. However, I feel SO much better after going to Painless Dentistry!! I'm going to have a whole new smile. Dr. Mason was up front about the process and very helpful. I can't say enough good things about Blake, the assistant. She is beyond friendly and super sweet!!

Awful! Avoid!! I hardly ever have cavities. I went to them because they were "in network" from March of 2022, according to Dr Mason, I had all of a sudden acquired 4 cavities and also needed 2 crowns. I had only went in for a cleaning. I left, went back to my previous dentist and found out I had zero cavities. They did the x-rays for free at my dentist because I had asked twice for my x-rays to be emailed to my dentist and they would not respond nor do it. Now we know why. This place is committing fraud! Do not use them! AVOID painless dentistry in Charlotte.

The whole staff is so nice! They always chat with me like we’re friends and they make me feel less nervous. Best dentist’s office I’ve ever been too and I’ve had some bad experiences with other places.

BEWARE OF DR. MASON HADDOW. I came in as a new patient having just moved to the area. I have great dental history and have never had a cavity in my life, but after “evaluating” my teeth for exactly 3 seconds and no discussion whatsoever about my history Dr Mason somehow determined that I needed 9 fillings. I drove an hour and a half to get a second opinion from my family dentist who took same day X-rays and walked me through every spot Dr Mason marked and showed me how I had zero evidence of any of the issues noted in my “treatment” plan. This was blatant fraud and frankly criminal conduct, and is a poor excuse for dentistry. I also noted during my 2 hour wait to be seen that every single patient was leaving their exam and getting scheduled for multiple extractions or fillings, so he is simply trying to extort as much money out of your insurance as possible.
I will note that the office manager, Stacy, was very receptive to my complaint and will hopefully be following up. Also the hygienists and reception staff were lovely.
I won’t be back, but please be aware of Dr. Mason Haddow and his flagrant malpractice.

I did go here on the 16th of December, I was told nothing at the end of my visit about having to see an oral surgeon to get teeth taken out of my mouth, called for three weeks after that only to be told I needed to go see an oral surgeon, did not see Dr. Mason both of the times I was there. I am also 7 1/2 months pregnant so I will no longer be going to this dentist office
