I have been to both the Richmond and Chesterfield locations. At both locations, the PGS staff are all great! I am always greeted with a smiling face from the time I walk in, till I leave. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful! The facility is very clean. Highly recommend!

My entire family gets dental service from PGS. My husband goes to the chesterfield office and so does my daughter! The office staff is well organized and friendly. My husband won’t use any other hygienist! Kristen is the best…I love my dentist out of the Richmond office. Can’t go wrong with any of the PGS sites.

I have been their patient with my husband and daughter since 2019 and never thought of going to other place. Why? PGS Dentistry is committed at making their patients their priority. They remind you of your scheduled appointment weeks and days prior so you don't miss it. When you arrive at the clinic, you will be greeted by warm, welcoming front desk staff and make you feel comfortable. Not to mention their clean, cozy, very professional waiting area. The dentist and the hygienists are great. Very professional too. They do explain in a language that everyone understands what has to be done and why. Their machines are clean and up to date. I would highly recommend PGS Dentistry.

We love everything about the Chesterfield Office!! The office staff is friendly, our Dental Hygienist is very gentle & caring, and we love Dr. McCloskey who is trusting and all around awesome! Our family highly recommends this office!

In general, I typically don't leave reviews but my latest experience with Dr. McCloskey and staff, warranted one. My crown came loose Sunday night and I was worried about getting it fixed. It is one of my front teeth and I work in sales, so I was quite stressed out. Fortunately, PGS was able to squeeze me in first thing Monday morning and saved the day! PGS, normally does a fantastic job but this time they went above and beyond. Very satisfied customer!

I had a Great time at PGS in Richmond! You don't have to wait long in the waiting room. The Hygienist was very friendly, and Dr. Gadioli was Great! And I had NO cavities or issues! Hooray!
