This best Dental office in Michigan hands down!!! Dr. Sachs is extremely professional and courteous. He truly cares for his patients well being and he knows how to get the job done right! His assistants are also very kind and courteous! It is rare now a days to find this level of high quality service. The office manager Denise came through for me big time as well! Christie also provided great customer service to me and they made sure I knew everything ahead a time! I’m very appreciative and grateful for the work they did for me!!!! If you are in need of a Dentist who goes above and beyond for you; than look no further! Trust Sachs with the most important thing when it comes to your appearance and that is your smile! Just started going here in the last couple years after my dentist of many years retired. Was so used to the old fashioned ways of doing things. These new updated (for me anyways) ways of dentistry are much better than the old ways. Much more pain free as well. Best dental visits I’ve ever had. Took me right in as a new patient. Dr.Sachs and his whole staff are amazing ! I can’t give enough stars I’m the area of caring for their patients and experience! Dr.Sachs stayed till 8 pm one night to make sure I was out of pain ! Making appointment process was smooth and they really called me for my waiting list (I requested to be in the list). Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early, and I think I waited for only 5 minutes before I was called. Everything was very professional and caring. And by the way, the building was very easy to find with ample parking spaces.

My son has been going to my dentist since he was 1 but as he has gotten older he has developed more fears and sensory needs. He is now seven and needed a dentist who had more experience with children. Ofcourse all the pediatric dentists has a 6 month wait-list that were specifically children only. After a wonderful referral from my sister who has taken her two boys there and reading about their experience with children I scheduled my son a cleaning and x-ray.
They were amazing with him!! The hygienist, Britney, talked him through everything she was doing, was friendly, kind and patient. Dr. Sachs was also very kind and patient. I highly recommend them if you have children.
