When you enjoy going to the dentist it's a rare experience to say the least Dr Ruster's staff are warm, friendly and inviting. From billing, reception and hygienist I have never experienced a better or more concerned medical staff. My wants and wishes are taken into consideration in all they do from insurance problems or wonderful payments for cash patience. All this is second to my favorite and most enjoyable part PAIN FREE !!! P.S. Dr Ruster is the man 🤩

Another great experience today with Dr. Ruster and the rest of the team. Professionalism and warmth in equal parts.. Dr. Ruster always makes sure you're doing OK during the procedure, and he takes the time to explain everything he's doing. Shout out to visiting team member Shannon, who was fun to talk to...she was particularly great keeping me informed of each step during my visit (part 1 of a 2-visit crown...installation??).

Ruster Family Dentistry is an amazing family dentistry! Everyone was so nice, welcoming, professional, and friendly! The receptionist was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful! The hygienist was amazing and helped me keep an eye on my 6 year old daughter when I was getting my cleaning and was so nice to her! Dr. Ruster and his assistant were great!!! This is the only staff I have experience that could actually get my daughter to complete her x-rays and her cleaning with ease! They made me feel very comfortable and we had conversations that made me feel like they actually cared about myself and daughter! We went there as new patients and received gifts on the way out! I was truly amazed with their customer service and work!

Extremely friendly and professional staff. Made me feel welcome the second I arrived. Everything was clean and safe. Did an excellent job with my cleaning. Gave me many great tips throughout my cleaning to implement in my brushing routine. Seemed very knowledgeable. They made sure I was comfortable.
