Dr. Duster and his entire staff were absolutely amazing! I was petrified to go to the dentist. The staff was welcoming, had COVID precautions in place, and were well informed.
I arrived at my scheduled time and was taken back right away. No anxious waiting in the waiting room! Dr. Ruster took great care to explain to me about my overall dental health and answered all of my questions patiently and with great detail!
It was an awesome experience! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a dentist. The office staff is awesome! They answer questions, they work with you if referrals are needed and are so patient with patients of all ages!

I have a front tooth filling. Dr Ruster put in a great sturdy front tooth filling that looks and feels great with a metal pin to keep it in place. One dentist it lasted a year, another a day then a week, and then they wanted to make a a full fake tooth because they could not get the filling to stay and be sturdy. Dr Ruster fixed it with a filling and pin so I can keep more of the real tooth longer. It might need a full tooth someday but I'm happy to keep real teeth as long as I can. I highly recommend Dr Brain Ruster in East Lansing near Lake Lansing Meijer.

Dr. Ruster takes time to explain any questions or new findings. He reviews my chart and X-rays even before coming into the room so our conversation is efficient and effective. He is a compassionate person. The new dental hygienist, Sarah, was outstanding. There was no judgment only helpful suggestions. No harshness or pain during the cleaning. Overall, this was a very good experience.
