The good, the bad, and the good.

1. First of all, the staff is multicultural, which I love. You don’t find much of that in the UP. Being from Florida, I love seeing it. 5 stars.
2. One dental appointment was rescheduled by the Aspen staff twice before I was actually able to come in and get my filling. It turned into about a 6 month delay. I’m from Tampa, FL, I’ve never encountered so many cancellations, even in the city. 3 stars.
3. After complaining about mentioned wait times, I was informed by the office manager that every Aspen branch is required to see 8(!!!) new patients PER DAY! How is that sustainable in the UP? I can’t help but wonder if some on my several rescheduled appointments were moved to accommodate said new patients. 2 stars.
4. The best part— the doctor. Dr. Duroseau is absolutely fantastic. I used to be utterly terrified to go to the dentist. I have a tissue condition that causes excess dental decay and I came in at first needing quite a few cavities filled. I never felt judged or anything, it was just a “let’s fix this” kind of attitude. With previous dentists I would be in dental pain for weeks after getting a cavity filled— with Dr. Duroseau, the pain lasts a couple days and I forget all about it. I’d give him 10 stars if possible.

Overall, Aspen has a great staff and that’s what keeps me coming back. Ultimately, I give Aspen 4 stars.

Loved the care and the professionalism of the office. That would be a 5 star. But they tell you you are payed in full then in week or weeks to come tell you owe more money. They did that to me twice. And not just a few dollars. One time over $100 and second time over $600, that's after I paid in full the total bill. Surprise 😮

I had a cleaning done today by Kesha at Aspen Dental and I just wanted to say how amazing she is at her job! She went above and beyond and not to mention how gentle she was! She truly cares about her patients and was extremely helpful. 💜

I had an emergency issue and needed help quickly. I showed up at my local Aspen office on a Monday morning as a walk-in patient in terrible pain. Within 10mins of my arrival they had me in x ray and being seen and in under an hour I was being taken care of by the dentist. No one likes dentist visit however I can say this experience was my best by far. He and his team kept me informed and and relaxed the entire time. They really made a great impression and took great care of me. I would highly recommend the Escanaba office, everyone I encounter there was caring and professional.

I like the dental assistants and the dentist. They were kind and I felt they really cared.The place was nice and clean and the equipment seemed new and up to date. Was not a fan of the prices though even with insurance.

Everyone at Aspen Dental was very helpful and really seemed to be happy to work there. The team that worked with me were genuinely interested in my concerns and my dental goals.

My husbands appt was for 1:00. He arrived approximately 12:40. Receptionists told him he was early. He told her his appointment was 1:00. Her reply was they all go to lunch from 1:00 till 1:30. Why would you make his appointment for 1:00? And he had the appointment card that showed 1:00 Other then that everything is professional

Wouldnt pull a tooth because of high blood pressure. Made me a appointment to get it pulled even tho i told them i had high blood pressure normally and they could of told me no to begin with instead of me spending money for the appointment. Asked for a refund they said yes but haven't seen it yet.

I was seen as a walk in and truly can't say enough good things about the treatment I received. From the front desk through to the dentist kind, professionals and companionate from beginning to end. Thank you! I totally recommend anyone to this dentist office.

Great dental office. Went in there and was greeted promptly. Very friendly people. Awesome experience.
