The entire staff at Bay Lakes is friendly, caring and professional - I would recommend them to anyone with any kind of dental need. I had a broken crown - they got me in rapidly to repair it; the tooth remnant was not strong enough to hold a new crown - they were patient in allowing me to decide when to undertake the needed extra repair work; and they were kind and professional all the way through (as I am quite a wimp as a dental patient!). Again, full recommendations to anyone with dental needs.

My cardiologist referred me to Dr Matthews Hallas. Dr. Hallas is a humble nice, but extremely smart individual. He will indeed evaluate you. Tooth by tooth with detail. Not your typical slide true the gum examination. Giving credit to the ones who really CARE….about our health. Very pleased. Excited to go to see him soon again. 😁

I went to the office in the U.P. of Michigan. The age of the building made it difficult to move around in my wheelchair. Doors to close together, small elevator, small rooms. However, the staff was very friendly and professional. Helpful and knowledgeable with their plans and recommendations.
