Quick and easy experience, had my paperwork done beforehand and they saw me within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Also very clean work area

I am satisfied with their services and would recommend them to family and friends. The staff is very friendly and they take the time to explain the process and answer questions. I have only met one dentist one dentist but he is very experienced and knowledgeable.

I called in to the office for an emergency purpose I had broke off my front tooth. The staff got me in right away they were extremely pleasant to deal with. Dr. Kevin Grimm took care of me he did an outstanding job on my tooth you cant even tell I cracked it. He took such good care of me an I felt as though he was honest with all he was telling me needed to be done. I would highly recommend Dr. Kevin Grimm an staff to anyone searching for dental care.

I had a cleaning including x-rays. The Dental Hygienist was so kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.that I made another followup appointment. At that time I knew I needed additional dental work but I was doing radiation treatment for breast cancer. I waited an appropriate time then called for an appointment to begin treatment. What was so impressive to me was before I started treatment they were in contact with my medical doctor who played a part in my treatment plan too. Due to my health issues. I had to obtain a medical clearance before The Dentist could proceed .

I was to have three teeth surgically removed but after examination I was presented the option of having a root canel in one of them, which I jumped at the opportunity.

Dr. Grimm, bless his heart, numbed my mouth and did the root canel first then he was able to surgically extract my two remaining teeth that were part of the treatment plan..Doctor Grimm and dental tech Jill were so efficient, professional and constantly asking if I was doing alright. Left the office with RX’. and step by step directions went home followed instructions to a Tee woke up this morning feeling well. I cannot believe I had this work completed yesterday and feel so good today.

Dr. Grimm and Jill and staff I really appreciate your professionalism and a kind experience. I would recommend anyone to use this Center for pain free dental work.

I also want to mention that you will not be shocked by your bill as they wrote up my treatment plan and broke it all down for step by step cost before the work started. Love, love, love this Dental Center, Doctor and staff.

Been coming here for a few years and have never had any problems. Recently had a lower molar removed and it was completely painless (during & after), never have had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen for any appointments, and the office staff has always been polite.

I absolutely love my dentist. Him, and his whole staff are just amazing. I normally have extremely high anxiety going to the dentist, and they really do a fantastic job keeping me from freaking out. I won't even consider going to anyone else. JOHN ZABLOCKI YOUR A ROCK STAR!

One of the reasons I neglected dental care for a number of years is because I couldn't stand my dentist's office and the way they conducted business. That's a bad reason to take the risk of causing dental problems through neglect.

After checking around I found New You Dental Center in Flint because they offer web specials and provided excellent communication and pricing information when I called to ask a few questions. My old dentist's office acted offended if you asked them about prices and never missed an opportunity to rack up the bill.

Bobbi the hygienist is the absolute best! Instead of getting shamed for neglecting cleaning for a number of years, she was understanding with a bright and positive attitude. The results were fantastic, made me wonder why I ever gambled on causing dental problems through neglect. Bobbi will definitely be my routine hygienist from here on out....

Dr Tinker has many years of experience and was trained at the University of Michigan. By sheer luck, I only had one problem to deal with and she discussed treatment options and went with a less aggressive alternative which was completed on the same visit and saved me money.

From here on out, I'm not going to 'blow off' follow up and maintenance appointments because I actually like my dentist office and the people who work there.

I saw Dr. Shin and my experience from that was absolutely horrible- like the kind that dental nightmares come from. The front staff is friendly and the office is clean, I will commend them for that but also that is how dental and medical professional offices should be. I had some teeth filled and went back a few times complaining of excruciating pain with little help. I ended up getting a second opinion and then spent thousands getting my "filled" teeth repaired. I would not recommend Dr. Shin to anyone.

I loved my experience at New You. The Office Manager made a priority of looking into my insurance so that I could get the care that I needed quickly, while the doctors and staff were always very clear about my care plan and making sure the work was done perfectly.
