This has been my best dental experience ever!! I was suffering from extreme pain with what I suspected was my wisdom tooth. I called the dentist I had seen before and couldn’t get an appointment for 5 days. After a visit to the ER from the pain, I contacted Dr. Hider’s Office. I am so glad I did! I had an appointment the very next morning. Darlene was very compassionate during that first phone call which impressed me. When I came in for my appointment I was greeted by Darlene, filled out the forms, and taken back. Every single person I met was absolutely wonderful and professional. They are truly a caring group of people. Dr. Hider showed he truly cared about my pain and quickly was able to discern that my pain was resulting from a cracked tooth (#18) that had a large abscess. I have many allergies and don’t numb easily; so, I’m not an easy patient to treat. He assured me he would make sure I was numb every step of the way, and he delivered! He was very responsive to any discomfort and successfully removed my tooth, which was one strongly attached molar. His reassurance that I was doing well and explanations along the way made me feel at ease. Maya and Elizabeth were assisting and very helpful too. Even the checkout procedure was pleasant. I have found my go to dentist office and would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be treated with care and compassion. Thank you, thank you!!

I take my children here. Ages 13, 11, 8 and 3. They are excellent with all of them. Definitely a great place. My children like this place more than the pediatric Dentistry they used to go to.

I believe this is the best dentist office in Michigan! I have a huge problem with claustrophobia and the staff is so unbelievably patient and understanding when an attack comes on. No insurance is ok too. Great staff, great dentists, A+ all the way.

I can not express how much I love this office. From the staff at the front desk, to all the assistants to Dr. Hiser himself. Always kind.
