Between their phone system being down or changed out, and their internet connection going down, I attempted to schedule a cleaning 4 times, the last time in person at the desk, and they lost the appointment. I’ve been going their on and off for 30+ years. Not again, went downhill ever since the Pandemic and they went corporate. Time to find a new dentist.

Some of the substitute technicians can be quite abrasive sometimes, while the usual girls seem much gentler. The dentists are wonderful & reception team is great! Always let you know what kind of bill to expect on your next visit & always have a smile on their face:) although I feel like I must’ve had the same teeth worked on a few times (either from here or from my previous dentist), they’re a wonderful team!

Excellent customer service. Relaxed, but professional atmosphere. My son and daughter spoke highly of their 1st visit. Hygienist went above and beyond (brought out beanbag chairs, invited my son to watch cartoons while my daughter had her teeth cleaned, etc) to make the experience pleasant. Can't say enough good things about them. Dr. DeBoer even spent extra time answering questions. Never felt rushed.
